We cannot be happier with our bathroom remodel from Willow Brook Homes. Rich was great to work with and did an awesome job. From the planning phase to finished bathroom he demonstrated his professionalism, expertise and quality of work that you usually do not find. Rich used his wealth of knowledge to guide us through the process. Before the start of project we received a detailed Proposal Breakdown which broke down the cost of each phase of remodel along with an estimated amount budgeted for items that needed to be purchased based on our wishes. By him taking the time upfront to understand what we were looking for in a our new bathroom and explaining the process helped make the tear out remodeling phase so easy. Rich was great about keeping us informed, always letting us know what he accomplished each day and what was coming next. We had been looking for years for someone to remodel our bathroom and are so happy we found Willow Brook Homes. We are so happy with our awesome bathroom!!

Finally, someone I can trust!! I will be using them for all of my remodeling needs. Their estimates were fair and very honest! They scheduled and completed the work promptly. The quality and care of their crew was 6 Stars!! My neighbors are complimenting the workmanship and 2 neighbors already asked for their number!Get your estimates from the other Joe-Schmoes first, because these will be the last guys you'll need to call. The difference is Willow Brook wants their clients to be satisfied for years!!

I attempted to have Willow Brook give me an estimate for a foundation wall replacement. I may have dodged a bullet here for the red flags that presented themselves early on. Phone number is a personal phone answered with just a "hello"...not necessarily a big deal, but definitely unprofessional. Weeks after first calling them I get a return call to schedule an estimate. I am at property, wait 15 minutes for estimator to arrive before calling owner. I am told it will be another 15-30 min before they arrive. I have dealt with too numerous to count contractors to know this is unacceptable/unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service on the owner and estimator's part. Two red flags off the bat....buyer beware!!!
