We bought a commercial building in Milwaukee and needed a new roof plus we needed flashing & vinyl siding completed around a number of windows. We had a previous bid from another company that we felt was to high. Pros: After speaking with Martin he was able to beat that bid. He was very communicative through out our project. As soon as it was warm enough they got to doing the work right away and in a satisfactory amount of time. Cons: We did have a couple of issues with communication & disagreement about how & what was written in the contract. I guess they use a standard contract that does not adhere to the actual project. So we did have to call them back a few times to fix things that were not done. The 2 biggest issues we had was being told 2 different things from Martin & the owner. Our middle roof was the one that was done. We were told by Martin that our side roofs were just fine. But when owner came to check out the work he said the side roofs had issues & that's where the leaks were coming from. We tracked these leaks down to the windows that did not have the flashing installed & the vinyl siding caulked correctly. Second issue was when they were doing the vinyl siding they shattered one of our windows. We were not notified this by anyone. Actually we had to call & tell them what happened. In the end all things worked out. The company came and replaced the shattered window & has been on top of coming back & fixing/finishing any work that we have asked them to do. These issues did end up delaying other work that needed to be done. This is a company that I would work with in the future.

Overall was a great experience, and I would certainly recommend them. Martin was very kind and helpful as a salesman, Geraldi was very kind and helpful with the payment, and the team that came out were all very professional and fast. The end result looks great.Really the only part that could have been better was the communication from the project manager, Jeff. They wound up having to replace 7 sheets beyond the 3 included with the installation, and I wasn’t informed by him at all and it wasn’t until I saw the invoice that I was made aware. I’d only seen decking replaced along the ridge on one side making it seem like it was done to install the ridge vents.I had to contact Martin, who sent me pictures of the sheets that were replaced and I saw that not all of the sheets along the ridge on the far side of the house were replaced, which showed my assumption was entirely wrong. Better communication from the start could have avoided that misunderstanding completely. That said it was a small issue at best and as said before, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great experience. Professional from start to finish. Everyone was respectful and friendly. They cleaned up the mess and finished it all in one day. The roof came with a 50 year warranty. I did have to remind them to print up the warranty for us. The warranty is also transferable.

Roofing was in top of the job pretty fast to make sure job was done fast. We had a few issues with the contract, siding and a window, but they came and made sure everything was fixed and that we were happy. Everything was completed to make sure that we were a happy customer leaving with everything that we needed done. Even when having to come out multiple extra times they made sure to get the job done.

Called on a Monday for emergent roof needs. Estimator Martin N. Arrived Tuesday and detailed everything. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. Crew Arrived the next day Wednesday and finished entire roof despite challenges of xtra layers and replacing half rotted roof boards. The crew led by Tommy were respectful, efficient and cleaned up very well. We highly appreciate All Season Roofing!

We cannot say enough good things about All Season Roofing. We had Martin come out for an estimate after being recommended by my brother. He inspected our roof with my husband. Explained everything to us in detail. We did get other estimates. All Season wasn’t the cheapest (they were close), but we have found taking the cheapest isn’t always the best. We looked at the whole picture. Service, reputation, workmanship, how soon they could do it, we had a leak & warranty. We accepted the estimate on Saturday & our roof started Monday! We were hesitant to have them out as a big rain/snowstorm was forecasted for Tuesday! But Martin & Jeff assured us the job would be done in one day! The 5 man crew was amazing! Polite & worked very hard to get the job done before the storm! They pulled out at 6:30 pm, house & garage completed. Cleanup was meticulously done! Thank you All Season Roofing, you will be recommended to all our friends & family!

Martin and his crew were great! We only bought our house a year ago but we unfortunately had to replace our roof due to leakage. After several calls and bogus estimates from other companies, we discovered All Seasons and were encouraged by their positive reviews. Martin came out and inspected our roof and guided us step by step about what the process would look like and the options we had for materials and shingles. The crew was able to come out in 2 weeks and had the work completed on our home roof AND garage roof done in 3 days! The crew was extremely professional with clean up and how they organized supplies throughout those 3 days. We have really enjoyed working with Martin. He responded to calls quickly. The timing of the project from signing the contract to completion was a couple weeks....not sure if that is always the case, but we were thrilled. Our house looks like a new house...so much better than building from scratch or trying to buy a new home! Then Jeff got involved and oversaw all the little details of the project and had all the products delivered and the crew engaged. The crew was focused with attention to those details, and the worksite was spotless when they were finished. The quote wasn’t the cheapest, but it definitely wasn’t the most expensive, but the value was priceless. The workmanship, the efficiency, and clean up were impeccable.To state what the project would include, and then to over deliver on our expectations, and on top of that All Season Roofing being locally owned was a big plus. Just had my roof done this weekend and I was so impressed with the amazing crew and job well done. My roofline is very unique on one side and quite challenging --- they accepted that challenge and handled it skillfully. Martin worked with me on my sense of urgency in getting it done due to a leak that was building up. His knowledge, attention to detail, customer focus, timeliness, and personality also made it a great customer experience. He calls you to discuss any questions and does not rush through anything. The crew was respectful of property, items around the home, and even all plantings.
