John and his crew did an amazing job! I received many other quotes to build our dream house. John was the only one we had confidence to build our house and stay on budget which he did flawlessly. I have heard horror stories about builders going over budget and change orders daily. Not the case with Koss builders. Do not hire anyone else as John Koss is the best game in town.I can not give a higher recommendation.

John Koss is known for his experience and attention to detail. Things will be done right and on schedule. When the job is done the site will be cleaned up to perfection. They just finished the largest home in Manitowoc County, not that bigger is better, but a job this involved takes a very knowable professional.
