My mom recommended me Rodgers and Daughters Home Repair last year when I was looking for someone who was able to help fix my roof. Well Mike was working on my roof he sent me pictures and updates, he also recommended me to get my chimney fix before fall of this year. I did not realize how hard it is to find someone to install a shower door. I am so thankfully to find Mike, He did beautifull job install my shower door and cleaning up at the end. Plus, price was so reasonable. I will defiantly hire Rogers and Daughters LLC again. Thank you Mike.

First time homeowner and first time dealing with a contractor. I was nervous with the initial meet and the quote. But both went beautifully. I even asked around if my quote was good and I was told it was very reasonable. Then he showed up as planned for the first day, bright and early and got right to work. The project took longer than anticipated but it was because he was so thorough and did little extras for me like trimming my hedges and shaping them for the porch painting. He put extra nails in to secure the steps and leveled them. He caulked around my windows and so many other little things that added to a greater appreciation of his work. The end product was a lovely whole new look to the front of my house. Not to mention him and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. They worked in horrible heat and long days but he was insistent he get it done and done right. I'm already planning my next project and he will be the one to do it. Highly recommend! We had a leak in our bathroom wall and we’re not looking forward to having the bathroom torn apart to repair it. Mike gave us an estimate which we accepted, decided on a date to do the work, and were very happy that he arrived on time ready to work. He removed 50 year old tile and replaced it perfectly. I was impressed with many things working with this company. Michael worked long days to get the job done. Being an older house presented unseen problems that were addressed, discussed with me, and completed in a cost effective, professional manner. Mike did a great job repairing our rood. Another company installed our roof a few years ago and did a terrible job, we had multiple places that would leak each time it rained. When that company wouldn't fix, it we hired Rogers and Daughters to do the repair. Mike worked long hours to ensure the roof was no longer leaking, and followed up with us a few weeks after to make sure we were happy with it. We are. We will be using Rogers and Daughters again soon for our bathroom remodel.Service: Roof repair

I had one of the workers give me an estimate and a start date for some painting. When they didn't show up, I called and was told he would get back to me by the end of the day. Never called me back. I had just moved to Manitowoc and bought a lovely old house that needed some updates. I had quite a list of things that varied from installing railings on exterior stairs and various inside work from mounting a tv and hiding the cords to placing weatherstripping on a drafty door and a host of small things in-between. Every task was done carefully and professionally. Mike has been responsive and has gone the extra mile to ensure that things are done the way I want them. Mike was awesome. Our chimney was in danger of collapse & the roofing around it & some of the roof framing was in bad shape. He came right away & figured out a plan to safely take down the bad chimney part & fix the roof all at a fair price.He went right to work & coordinated with the furnace people to get our furnace safely vented again.And even though we were delayed by the furnace people he made sure the roof was protected & water proof till he could finish the job.He literally saved our roof & house from major damage. Mike and i spoke over the phone about removing my chimney and came over that day to take a look. Upon arriving he went up to take a look, it wasnt good to say the least. This was due to an unprofessional roofer. Before leaving, Mike said, he couldnt leave knowing there was risk of further damage, went back up on his own to temporarily patch the roof until he removed the chimney.Once up there he ran into yet another problem, again, due to the "other guy" not doing the job correctly. This too was fixed by Mike for a very reasonable added cost.Id also like to point out that during this time i was having other work done to our home, Rogers & Daughters were very accommodating by allowing the other work to be done first without canceling or charging me some hidden fee.I do have further work/home improvements that i need done on my home ouside of my scope of knowledge and i will be calling back.Professional, good price, warranty on the job, ahead of schedule, yep cant go wrong with Roger's & Daughters.Services: General construction, Roof repair

Completely unprofessional! We had several no call no shows. Took an entire day to place one sheet of drywall on the ceiling that was not even the right thickness and was not even placed correctly. Had to let go and hire a real professional before more of a mess was done to my project. After which he was threatening further showing the level of unprofessional demeanor. Your response shows your level of ignorance you didn’t even use the right thickness for the ceiling plus you put the one piece up that took you two weeks to do wrong so glad we went with real pros sorry not sorry

Needed my new flooring installed and asked for opinions and heard great things about Rogers and Daughters. Came over and did a very professional job always let me know when and how long he would be gone to do estimates! He even helped me answer questions on some other problems / projects that I have been working on. All in all I would recommend Mike & Rogers & Daughters. I will be contacting him again!

Michael Rodgers is terrible. My poor grandmother had set up 2 appointments with this man, and he missed BOTH!! no bother to call, and then I decide to speak to this man myself and he clearly stated he has been "so busy" which does not excuse missing two appointments. Then proceeded to hang up on me after I expressed my anger. I would not recommend this company.
