Ordered in October, they said it would be done by Christmas. Fired them in march. Had inspection and engineer look at itThey 15 major violations. Materials were paid for that we never got. Other non treated materials were left out in the snow.Had to tear down what little they put up.New construction team were done in about 10 weeks

Our shed was started 4 months after verbally promised start date and now we are 5 months after it was started and it is still not finished. Mr. Stern doesn't return messages and rarely actually answers a call to even discuss resolving remaining significant issues that he is well aware currently still exist with shed. Issues that have been discussed with him and he has acknowledged need to be fixed remain unresolved for many months now. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any builder!

My brother owns an extremely large shed that was built by Stern Buildings 18 years ago. When there is a tornado warning out, that's where we hide, no s#!+. Very good structures, highly recommended.

Took forever to finish had to clean up the mess was left behind he never answers his phone had 11 roof leaks garage door didn't work right and tracks were not secured properly R slider door was supposed to be 9 feet for camper but ended up too small by 5 inches RUN AWAY DONT DO It
