Our experience with Arch Solar has been great! They offered a quote for our project and explained everything to our satisfaction. The Team kept us up to date on all progress and were very good on completion estimates. One thing important to us was they have their own installation crews (no subcontractors). The crews were very fast and efficient and left everything in a neat and orderly condition. Arch had a contact person for us during the entire project if we had questions and supplied answers quickly.

After getting quotes from several local and national companies, we decided to choose Arch Solar as our installers for our home solar project. I thought they did a very good job all around. They handled the permitting paperwork, the paperwork with respect to WE Energies, Wisconsin Focus on Energy rebate, and let me know where we were each step of the way. The installers did a good job getting things done, and keeping us informed of where they were at, schedule wise. I would recommend Arch Solar.

Arch Solar was the company that installed our solar panels. From the start to finish the Arch team was extremely helpful and considerate with our project. Whenever I had questions they were responsive and informative. They made the process as easy as possible. The installation crew was also very helpful and very considerate. They patiently heard all my questions and concerns, and provided explanations that helped me understand what was being done. They were also very respectful of our home. They wore masks at our request when in the home, and without asking they even wore boot covers to avoid a mess. I would highly recommend Arch Solar to anyone who is looking to add such a great product to their home.

My system has been down for months. Terrible customer service. Haven't been getting my calls returned. I'm paying my loan payments every month plus my full energy bill. I will also have to pay for labor and parts when (if?) the part needed ever comes in. I'm ten years into my loan and have ten years left. Wish I could get out of it-- seems like a good idea to go solar at first-- they tell you it makes financial sense-- but turns into a bad idea when you're locked in and the system goes down for many months. Unless you're rich, be careful.

I definitely recommend Arch Solar (a company here in Wisconsin) to anyone wishing to install solar panels. There’s much to be worked out with WE Energies, and licenses etc. There are a number of steps, but I have to say, the people at Arch Solar were the ones who put all that together - fortunately for us. Everyone we met from Arch was knowledgeable and easy to work with. They did a good job, and now I’m very excited that we have solar panels! YAY!

When I finally decided to go solar, I went with Arch Electric based on a very favorable recommendation from a colleague who had used them a few years back. I was not disappointed. From the time I made the very first inquiry, they responded in about 30 minutes. From then on, every person/team I dealt with - for the site visit, contract proposal, project scheduling, installation, and billing - were superb. These people are professional and very good at what they do. They were always prompt, always profession, and did an outstanding job. I'm extremely pleased with the result.

Last year I wrote a review shortly after our system was installed. We just had our 1 year anniversary of solar production and we couldn't be happier! The system is doing exactly what was expected. I monitor solar production regularly through the app and I track production against Arch's monthly forecast. The results are impressive. After one year we produced 100.4% of Arch's forecast! Some months were higher, some were lower, but for the full 12 months, the forecast was spot on! Not only were we delighted with the installation process, but one year in we have the comfort that our investment is giving us the return we expected.

Would definitely recommend Arch Electric if you're looking to have solar panels installed. They were able to answer all my questions and were very professional through the whole process. Installation went smoothly without issues. I especially like the monitoring software that comes with the Enphase inverters. It is quite fun to see just how much power is generated and consumed throughout the day.
