Chuck came out and spent a lot of time looking at and preparing an estimate for my roof. He had knowledge and was very honest about everything. I could really tell he cared and wanted to make sure I understood the process. I was lucky cause one of the jobs got moved and I got right on the books! I left for work came back to an amazing roof! It did end up storming as the guys wrapped up so they came back in the morning to make sure there was no nails on the ground and go over the job with me to make sure I was happy! Eric the production manager was really easy to talk to and get along with, Kevin reached out as well from the office to make sure I was happy with everything if I had any further questions and even Joe the owner followed up with me on the job! I couldn’t be more happy and I feel so bad about the sudden weather change for the guys! Not one drop a water in my house clearly they are a cut above the rest. Chuck and Joe thank you again for getting out right away and the great estimate. Also note they were a little bit more for the bid but it was worth it. I see why and when it comes to your roof you don’t want to be cheap. Thank you thank you thank you!

We purchased new siding from Four Leaf and we are very pleased with the results! Joe(the owner) spent hours with us going over the options and the pro and cons of various siding choices. We ended up going with LP SmartSide with the Diamond Kote 30 year paint warranty. From there, Eric was our project manager and Herman(+crew) was the sub contractor. Both Eric and Herman were very responsive when we had questions/suggestions as the work progressed. At one point, I asked for 5in window trim vs 4in and they made the change the same day. The house looks better than I imagined, thanks again!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Four Leaf replaced the roof on our 1864 detached garage and 1878 house,. Joe is super nice, straightforward, honest, and is truly an expert in pretty much anything to do with building or remodeling a home. The initial sales visit/quote was super informative while also being very low-pressure. Communication from the Four Leaf production team was exceptional, and the workmanship was incredible. Our massive garage roof and semi-complicated house roof were completed in just a day and a half. The team even came back a few days later to check the job site for any remaining debris and to make sure all shingles had sealed properly. Replacing two roofs isn't cheap, but Four Leaf made the decision totally worth it. I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof!

From start to finish and then some ,have been great communicators when coming to get the right product, color, and all the little things in between on our home to make it the gorgeous house on the block! Crew was very knowledgeable and professional with open ears for change. An AMAZING job from start to finish!! I honestly cannot stop praising Joe, Hector and the entire Four Leaf team-- thanks to them, we finally have the roof of our dreams! Hector was fantastic and supportive, he helped us every step of the way...from identifying and determining damage, to helping us choose the best possible shingle and streamlining the entire claim process with our homeowner's insurance. (due to extensive wind and hail damage, Hector was instrumental in getting the new roof covered by our insurance)In addition to that, the installation process was TOP NOTCH AND LIGHTNING FAST! The crew arrived at 7am on the dot and were completely finished by 12pm! Even my neighbors, who are contractors by trade, were impressed with the efficiency and speed. Quality roofing company. They did a visit and spent plenty of time going over the issue. Even offered to do a quick band aid for free. Gave an estimate of good, better, best, and stuck to the estimate. They were on time for their timelines and got the work done and cleaned up well. When our house got an ice dam from the brutal snow storm, I wasn’t sure what to do, but knew we needed to act fast. After getting the runaround from many other roofing companies in the area, Four Leaf was extremely helpful and had the sense of urgency that we needed. Joe and Todd were amazing to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and so kind. They did an incredible job breaking up the ice dam and stopping the leak into our living room. I highly recommend these guys for any roofing or siding needs! 10/10!

I called Four Leaf Roofing this morning about a potential roof leak after I noticed a soft water spot on my ceiling. Their sales director, Joe was in the area and came by the very same day (on a Sunday), within a few hours from when I first called to take a look. Joe went out of his way to clear snow off the roof, take pictures, and thoroughly diagnose and explain the issue to me without any pressure or obligation to purchase anything. I’ve dealt with other companies that would have charged for less. Based on my experience I will be having them give me quotes for new siding and gutters as well. Highly recommend Four Leaf for their outstanding customer service.

I had gutters installed all the way around the house. I had to clean up the mess after install and every 10 feet there are black marks on the bottom of gutter. Tired numerous times to get it resolved over several months. The only good thing is the gutters actual work, so far.****I am editing this review. I received a call from the owner today, and they promptly came and fixed my issue. The owner was apologetic and had thought my concern was already resolved. Considering their attention to detail after my issues, I would recommend their services.****

Call Joe on a project at our house we need help. Turns out it is not a fit with Four Leaf. Most company will just say no to us professionally and we will just move on. However, Joe was fantastic. We spoke over the phone for about an hour and he gave me a lot of good free advice and direction to look for the right company. I shared my past experience of renovations as I have done a few from small contractors to big almost whole house renovation with Design Build company from start to end. I can't speak for the qualify of work from Four Leaf but I can say the company cares for the end users. I did not remember when was the last time I got free professional advice when someone knows they are not doing the work for us.

They were really awesome! I really loved how they do walk throughs at the end of each installation. It really gives the homeowner the opportunity to ask questions and bring up an concerns. They truly listen to what you are telling them and are very knowledgeable! I felt that they were transparent with me the entire time. Beginning with assessing the damage, then contacting my insurance company to arrange having them come out for approval, then showing me the different shingle options & colors. I had an unexpected sickness that prevented me from keeping an appointment for an estimate. It was 2am when I realized I wasn't going to be able to keep it.I had a phone number but I worried I wouldn't reach anyone or I'd wake someone up so I typed a text message to Kevin, the scheduler I had dealt with to make the appointment. A few weeks ago, my husband Mark and I were interested in having a flat rubber roof resurfaced on a S. Milwaukee rental property we own. We contacted Joe at Four Leaf to get an estimate. We were told he could stop by in a few days to look at the roof and scheduled an appointment. Joe was very prompt and got to work immediately upon arrival. After a short time, he informed us that the roof only needed minor work and would show us how to do it ourselves, if we wanted to save money. It was very refreshing to get this honest assessment and to see a contractor looking out for a potential customer’s best interests. We were very impressed with Joe’s integrity and will definitely call Four Leaf for future projects.
