From start to finish, we had an excellent experience with Infinity Exteriors. Our home had a dated tudor style siding and old Pella windows that needed to be replaced. We had LP Smart siding and the Architectural Series Pella windows installed. We had our initial meeting with Sam, Director of Business Development, and appreciated his input as to aesthetics and colors, JR, Project Manager, was VERY communicative and took care of any minor issues along in the process and Harlee, Project Coordinator, ALWAYS followed up with us on a daily basis to see if we were happy with how things were coming along. Everyone was patient, very responsive, always available for questions, and kept all lines of communication open. The two crews that installed the windows and siding were TOP NOTCH! We just love the new look of our home and windows, and our neighbors still compliment on how beautiful our home looks and what a great job Infinity Exteriors did for us. "Meticulous quality" - not a chance.Product quality, installation quality, coordination, problem-solving, accountability, candor, attention to detail, follow-through, and professionalism were all below expectations.We experienced deficiencies in communication, service, lack of project management and oversight that resulted in communication gaps, leaving us feeling ghosted for months.The installation of 8 double hung windows and one fixed panel/slider combination window took 21 months from the time of order (March 2022 to November 2023)footnote - at one point during the project, Infinity blamed the supplier (Marvin) for some issues. That's not good form. If Infinity doesn't think Marvin is a good supplier, they shouldn't install Marvin products.footnote 2 - Infinity's owners, Josh and MJ, did not reply to our concerns.Reply to Infinity- There is no ‘miscommunication’. The project, after 21 months, is complete. Infinity leadership had ample notice and opportunity to address issues real time. TLTL.

Replacing your roof can be a costly and stressful experience. Our initial meeting was with Adam L. - Senior Project Coordinator.The meeting with him went very well.Adam L. showed us how we could save money, meet our association requirements, and still have curb appeal. Adam had all the answers without being pushy or high pressure.He did this in a clear “need to know” basis answering all of our questions.That made us feel very comfortable and self assured.I am looking forward to continuing to work with Adam through the completion of the project🤗So we scheduled the install for April when the weather and temperature was more suitable. Scotty N was assigned as our new Project Manager. The Presidential roofing we decided on had to be custom made to order. Scotty kept us informed on the delivery and start date.His crew consisted of 25 workers. In just two days the old cedar shake shingles were removed, the new roof was installed, and everything cleaned up like they were never there. Scotty made sure everything was well coordinated. Enrico the crew manager kept workers busy and me well informed to answer any questions.The finished roof looks spectacular and is the envy of the neighborhood. Sam W. The general manager was most courteous and efficient taking care of any minor wrinkles that came up.If you need a new roof, Infinity Roofing should be at the top of your shopping list and your choice. I am pleased with my decision to replace my 25 year old worn out cedar shake roof. I absolutely love the look of the CertainTeed AR Dimensional Presidential roof. I'll admit I was skeptical when I first saw Infinity's flyer about hail damage in my area - but we decided to have Infinity Exteriors check out our roof anyway. I am so glad we did.Ben Gutkowski came out and did a genuinely free and honest inspection for us and discovered hail damage on our roof that might be covered by our home insurance policy. He clearly laid out our options, and didn't pressure us when we told him we were likely only interested if insurance was going to pay for most of it. Ben gave us instructions on how to reach out to our insurance company, and in the end, we got a new roof professionally installed, completely covered (minus our deductible). Not a bad upgrade for this old house!Ben and Infinity were great throughout the process. They put us at the front of the line once Spring came, knowing the work needed to be completed within a year of damage for the insurance payment. They scheduled extra workers to come to our house to get our entire new roof and gutters done in a day. It looks great, they cleaned up great, and we had a new roof by the time I got home. They were even patient and flexible with us as the insurance payment was delayed. From beginning to end, Ben and his team were fantastic. I hope we never have to buy another roof, but if we do, we'll certainly be calling up Infinity.

Replaced my roof after experiencing hail damage. Great communication, timeliness, and after the job was complete, the roof was reviewed and I was informed the team would be coming out to perform additional repairs to meet their standards. I did not even have to mention my concerns, they were addressed before I could make a comment. Sure enough within a few days, the additional fixes were made and I was very happy with everything. Dealing with contractors on a regular basis, this team sets the standard for how all service companies should perform.

Scheduled a quote for roof and soffit work. Charlie was the rep who came out and looked at my home. He was quite personable and professional. I had several questions about the scope of work, payment/financing, and warranties - Charlie was able to answer all of those questions. He was very patient with me as well, and offered multiple solutions for repairs and financing throughout the appointment. I’m grateful he was able to beat some competitors quotes as well. A lot of people will read Google Reviews when they decide to work with a company for their home repairs and trust that other customers will leave honest reviews for others to reference. I hope mine will give you that same confidence when choosing your next roof repair or replacement.We had a major leak in our roof above our attached garage that rotted the OSB and the drywall in our garage. We called a few companies to evaluate it and give us an estimate. Tom G. from Infinity Exteriors came out to look at our roof. He was very thorough with his evaluation. He looked in the attic, he got on the roof. Tom gave us his honest opinion of the workmanship and what to expect with the roof replacement process. What set him apart from other companies was he wasn't "selling" us his product and service. He was actually educating us on what to look for in a company, what materials, warranties, and workmanship to ask about. He cared about what we needed to know and not what he wanted for his company's benefit.When we decided to move forward with our project, Tom was very diligent with the planning process, giving us quotes, coming out for a second visit to talk about roof types and picking out colors for the roof and gutters. Very thorough and made sure we understood everything we needed to know and what to expect with the job. He connected us with Sean who was going to be our project manager.Sean reached out pretty quick after we signed the contract. He introduced himself and told us exactly when his crew was going to start. We were scheduled a week later to have our roof replaced but due to weather we were postponed for a day. Sean reached out to us and was very punctual with updating us on the status of the job. Materials and dumpster werre delivered as he planned and when it came to install day, Sean was on-site to oversee all the operations and kept us in the loop as far as the progress of the job. His roofing crew were there at 7:00am and was done at about 2pm. They worked FAST! They cleaned up well and didn't leave garbage around.We did have the unfortunate circumstance of running over a screw on the driveway, which led to us having a flat tire on one of our cars, but Tom and Sean were very understanding and managed the situation better than we had anticipated. Some companies would've just written it off as the customer's fault and wiped their hands of the "accident" but these guys didn't. We really appreciated that and it goes to show they value customer service and making things right.A couple days later the gutters crew came out and installed our gutters and downspouts. Took them a few hours and we are very pleased with the install. We went with a Raindrop gutter guard with our gutter replacement. We had a special downspout configuration planned for one of the valleys and the gutter crew installed it just as Tom had drawn up and suggested.We did a final walkthrough as homeowners and reached out to Sean regarding some things that we want him to look at for his final inspection and he said he'd look at those things when he comes by. We know they take pride in their workmanship.All in all, very very pleased, happy, confident, and appreciative of Infinity Exteriors, especially Tom and Sean. Very great guys to work with, very knowledgeable, very understanding, and the line of communication is open with them. If you have questions or concerns, they are quick to respond. They never made us feel like we were taken advantage of or hiding any thing in regards to our job. From what we can see, the workmanship is top notch and everything looks great!We recommend working with this company for your next roofing and gutter project.

Excellent service! Low pressure. We originally called Infinity last fall, and had an appointment with Tom. He was prompt and knowledgeable. We told him we were considering getting work done in fall but possibly spring. He didn't pressure us, but kept in touch. When we were ready, he promptly provided us several samples and was very knowledgeable about current trends. My husband, a home inspector for 20 years, really put him to the test. He was able to answer all questions about materials and how all parts of the job would handled down to specific details such as how various ductwork is handled. Within a couple days after our appointment, he was already following up, letting us know what stage our project is in. Extremely professional.

I worked with Tom Gaeth putting together a siding package for my house. Tom was very helpful and patient with me as I had questions and changed my mind a few times. His communication was very prompt. He provided nice samples to be able to narrow down exactly what we wanted. He also was very good at explaining the work to be done and what to expect in the installation phase.

Recently had Infinity out to do a complete roof on my house and detached garage, replace a picture window and replace some fascia. Caleb didn't pressure us into anything, just gave us what we wanted. They did the roof in 1 day, including cleanup! Looks great and turns water. Fascia had a great color match and the window looks great. Good communication throughout the process, so we never wondered when something was going to happen or who would be there at what time. Final total came in right on the quote. Will work with them again.

Response to Owner: You installed our new roof over completely rotted wood and didn't have the decency or ethical professionalism to let us know and address this. Yes- this was completed over 6 years ago and we are still having issues with your installation. Yes we eventually sat down with Mary J at the end of our ordeal because we posted an honest review. We did end up receiving "free" gutters because we were told they would save our existing ones and were charged for a new system. In regards to the "heavy discount" you're referring to- After all the issues we had and the 4 month process of this, we did ask for a discount and received a $3,307 discount an over $35,000 project total and paid in full within a week.Part 2: The roof sat this way for around a month and we had asked why nobody walked through the “completed project” to make sure it was done correctly. If we wouldn’t have gone up on the roof- our roof would have been unsecured through the winter and could have caused real problems. Everyone we’ve worked with in Infinity passes the blame instead of taking responsibility. There was always a reason they didn’t show up, or the debris was taking weeks to get cleaned up or the reason we never received returned calls.During this process we called a roofing consultant because we became less and less confident in their ability to do a good job. The inspector came to inspect the finished roof so we could have a piece of mind that it was done correctly. The roofing consultant of course found several issues. They didn’t install the termination bar the appropriate distance apart, they forgot to install the drip edge that we paid for around the vaulted family room, they did not use an adhesive by the gutter to secure the TPO and they neglected to secure the two sections of the TPO properly around the chimney. This was better than we expected because of all the issues we’ve had, but we set up a meeting with Mike S one of the owners and asked for Josh S to attend as well.To be clear, we tried several times to contact the owner directly to receive help: **Josh S never responded to any of the 3 emails we copied him on or any phone calls.During the meeting with Mike S, we brought up the fact that we were charged for new gutters and showed him the back and forth emails from Mike F showing that we were told they were being reused and his reasons later for why we needed new after they had already been installed. Mike F flat out lied several times and we had to relay emails showing the truthful conversations. They deducted the new gutter cost. We also asked them to install the drip edge that was on the contract (left off of the project all together) and fix the issues with the roof. We also asked for a discount for all the additional issues that they caused during this period. We were sent several bills that were wrong, listed items incorrectly. We paid with checks, and received confirmations and thank you e-mails and then received phone calls that we hadn't paid with additional invoices. It was all just very unorganized, disappointing and frustrating.It feels like we hired amateurs to do this project and with all the work and money we’ve put into our house it was all really disappointing. We are kicking ourselves for ever choosing Infinity Exteriors. When a project takes 4 months to complete and one of the owners of the company says that it should have only taken 2-3 weeks tops it’s appalling really. The amount of money we spent on our project was substantial and we expected professionalism, excellent customer service, excellent quality of work and we absolutely feel we did not get that. We talked at length about what we wanted to say and really just wanted to give the facts and this is the condensed version, we promise, due to the restricted amount of characters we could use to write these. I had persistent leaking of my fan vents in my bathrooms in a new build whenever it would rain. After repeated visits from the builder with no resolution I reached out to Trevor and his team for help. Trevor responded promptly and came out to assess the issue and damage. Overall a really smooth and pleasant experience. Jason was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had regarding our siding and window project. He showed us a 3D rendering of our house with all possible options for siding to help us decide what we wanted. Was prompt to answer emails. Julia was wonderful communication wise and helpful when we had issues arise. Nick was a great project manager and addressed all concerns we had in a timely manner.Our only issue after everything is we wished they had cleaned up after a little better when they were done. My husband found a lot of nails, metal and other trash after they were done and with small children it was important it be cleaned up so no one got hurt. Very small issue for a large project. Our siding looks wonderful and we are happy with our new windows.

it was amazing how quickly they were able to tear two layers of shingles off and put on new shingles. They were done in five hours and the roof looks beautiful. The next day new gutters and gutter guards went up and again the work was perfect. I’m glad I went with a professional company as opposed to amateurs.

The roof of our home was within the last couple years of its life. We originally reached out to Infinity to quote the roof only, but with additions in mind if the price point worked with our budget. The team at Infinity broke down each addition to the project so we could mix and match what fit our budget.Ultimately we decided to do a full window tear out along with siding, fascia, and soffit. The roof was able to be replaced before winter and while the windows were being manufactured, the team kept us updated on progress. Our windows were installed in April, with the siding coming a few days behind that. There were a few hiccups along the way, but the team fixed each one without change orders and completed the work as soon as feasible.We are very happy with dark blue siding and windows and how they work with the roof. Jason did a great job of guiding us to things that would work without telling us what he would do. He also helped us make decisions that kept us within our budget, but didn't compromise the face lift on the home.The interior of our home also now has a wood finish where our old windows were vinyl interior. This gives our home a little more of a classic look which we were looking for.We enjoyed working with Infinity Exteriors and would recommend family and friends to consider them for their remodeling projects.

Aaron and the team at infinity exteriors are amazing! He came in person to meet me and look at our home and also sat down with me and planned out our whole project from start to finish. He was able to pull up an electronic example of our home and show me exactly what our new roof, siding and shutters would look like after the project was completed. That was extremely helpful. Aaron was so friendly and professional and all the rest of the team as well. Nick was one of the project managers I remember and he was great, too. We are so happy with the work that was done with infinity from start to finish. I reached out to Infinity after I had worked with a previous contractor on a roof for my house, after 5 months of hurtles with that contractor I did not feel comfortable entrusting them with the windows.Tom came out and was very honest about what he could do and how we would get there. Part of the obstacle with my house is it is a 1930' house with some original windows that are remaining but need to be matched. Tom provided options and is continuing to work with me so we get as close as possible to what is already on the house. Overall I am excited for my new windows and happy with the service Infinity has provided so far.

Infinity was great to work with from beginning to end. Michael, who did our estimate, took the time to answer all my questions and explain the entire process. The crew who replaced the roof did a great job and completed it in one day. The estimate was slightly higher then another company I called, but the extra steps taken, and the transferable warranty, made that decision very easy. I am a Realtor, so having a transferable warranty is a huge plus, when the time comes to sell. I based this decision on Trevor's expertise and professionalism. Basically he is the main reason I went with Infinity Exteriors. The project manager was excellent and so was the crew that did the install. I was very happy with the job, I would not hesitate to hire Infinity Exteriors for any other projects.
