Mad City was very professional, prompt, and informative on both my shower and windows. The quality of work and product were superior. When they ran into problems with my shower installation, I was immediately informed and counseled with. My photos show the detailed work, with before and after pictures. I would highly recommend Mad City to anyone. Thank you Mad City for a job well done.

We had been considering a kitchen remodel for quite awhile. Mad City was canvasing our neighborhood at the beginning of the year, so we decided to set up an appointment for a quote. The agent Ryan we worked with was super nice, and helped work with us to come up with a kitchen design to add more space and functionality to our kitchen. So we decided to go for it!A few months later, the materials got made and we scheduled our installation. Our installers Joe and Ryan (different Ryan) were also super nice. Not only did they a great job with the installation, they communicated very well with us during the process. The craftsmanship was great, and we're very happy with the final result!

The installers were very pleasant, asked our feedback every step of the way through install and also did excellent work. Each day they cleaned up very thoroughly and arrived every single day by 8am to work for the day until the job was done. I am very happy with my choice to use Mad City!

Our kitchen installer, Mitchell Bliss, did an excellent job. He arrived on time, kept us updated on all stages of his progress, and ensured our satisfaction with all stages of our kitchen refacing project. Mitchell asked for our input on some installation issues to ensure it was to our satisfaction. At the end of each day he cleaned up the kitchen to a usable state. He was very respectful and friendly. He took the time to answer any questions we had along the way. I would definitely ask for Mitchell to do our install if we do another project with Mad City. Our sales guy John Winkler also did a great job. He gave us different design options that look great and saved us money. Very satisfied!

Zack came out and provided a quote for one window but we were very satisfied with the quote and ended up getting 16 windows. Mad City threw in a free window with a total of 17 windows for this old house. All windows were measured and took about 2 months for the windows to be cut and sized for our house. The day of installation was completed in one day, yes you heard it right, 17 windows installed in one day. Thanks to Mad City Windows, my house is a lot warmer and my energy bill is lower. I’m very impressed with their sales and service team and would definitely recommend their services for your home needs. Check out the before and after photos, new windows have the white trims.

We are very happy with our kitchen cabinet doors and new walk in shower with the French glass doors. The crews, James, Mario, Dan, Tom completed the jobs. I would recommend Mad City to my friends and family. Overall great experience.

Amazing installation. My wife and I love how amazing it looks from the inside and outside. Great investment because we can definitely notice the difference on noise level and how it retains temperature within the home. We recommend these windows to allThank you Mad City-Alfredo Davila

I had Mad City out to give us a whole-home quote a few years ago. They came out and replaced one sliding door out of our quote to start. The door was $5,900, which is higher than other quotes we received. However, I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for. It took them (3) visits to get it finished. I called the manager because they didn’t finish the woodwork around the door. The manager said we would need a finish carpenter for the trim. We decided not to use Mad City for any further window or door work.COVID came along, so only now are we getting back into the window and door market. We had another company come out last night to give us a whole-home quote. I asked them if their people could finish Mad City’s job. The new company looked at it and laughed. He said the door opening is a different dimension than the door that was installed, and Mad City installed the wrong sized door! The used the rough lumber to fill the gap left from installing a smaller door! It’s pain all over again! The only positive in this experience is the sliding door itself. The Kensington door is a solid choice, and if I could find someone/ anyone else besides Mad City, I would install them throughout the rest of my home.(The picture shows the door post-install. Prior to Mad City, this door looked finished like the rest of my house. Now, it looks like a half-finished project, which is exactly what it is.)

I talked to the initial sales person on February 29th, and the measuring guy came out on March 12th. The sales person did not have good follow up, but the measuring guy, Mark, was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful. My materials were ordered and arrived at the warehouse on March 29th. We set up the install for April 8th and 9th; even though the sales person mentioned it would be a one-day install. The reason for two day, is understandable, the inspector had to come out and check everything before they could seal up the walls and the inspector couldn’t arrive until afternoon on the first day. Martin, the installer and Parker the plumber were extremely professional and very polite. Martin kept the area very clean and he came to warn me when it was going to be very loud with the demo of the tub. The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five stars is the showerhead has very low water pressure and I’m gonna have to change it out.Edit: they came out the following Tuesday to assist with the water pressure. Very happy with service response. 5 stars

Nrian and the crew were very professional. They seem to work well together as a team. Brian took the time to explain the difference options of the finished look for the window trim. Over all very satisfied with the installation. The only draw back is the manufacturer design of the interior window handle could be aesthetically better. Handel length to go the full glass.

We had such a wonderful experience with Mad City Windows. Started with our sales consultant Ryan Robbins. Very helpful and knowledgeable with our kitchen cabinet refacing. Then with our installation team Nate & Ross. They were very respectful and knowledgeable with questions we had. They did an awesome job! Very professional. The whole process was a very non stressful experience. Highly recommended this company. We will definitely go through them again for any future projects.

Three new Ecosky double pane sliders replaced our 1958-era single pane windows and we can actually feel the difference. Our sales consultant Ryan gave us a thorough presentation, Al came out in a few days to measure, and in 40 days our windows were ready to be installed. Evan and Kevin showed up early on the installation day and were finished by noon. They answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with their work. Here are before and after pictures. If you zoom in you can see the differences and the improved look. And the color matched our current trim. Thank you Mad City and to the office staff for all the follow up.

They were on time and fast. Like never missed a beat. I needed a bathroom done for my special-needs son and his chair to fit into the tub. Bath time used to be so dangerous until mad city windows and bass came and put in a new tub for me. They have blessed us in so many ways.

Every employee from our sales guy Evan to the guys that installed our tub and walls were friendly, kind and professional. (Everyone should get a raise!) Got the job done in a timely manner and left no mess. Not a business that will cover your eye sore with a bandaid. They got rid of our sad tub and walls and replaced it with something beautiful all while fixing any issues that may have come up. Worth the cost. 100% would recommend Mad City Windows and Baths to anyone looking to upgrade!5+ stars!

Feb 13 2024. Oh look 2 months after door installation that still looks like trash, I'm needing service because my screen door keeps falling off track. The tech was out here today and the issue is still there. 7th visit to my house. Will need an 8th now because the technician failed to check full functionality of the door.Update 4: NOT A 4.3 STAR WORTHY COMPANY. AFTER 5 separate times they came out to fix or replace the door, the doors finally in a somewhat good quality finish. There is still dirt, debris outside and inside the house. Trim has gaps in it and caulking looks abysmal but I've given up on their work and don't expect much "quality" work from them. Ill fix all their mistakes when its warmer out. Seems they follow shady business practices of lies. They offered a 10% discount with warranty or a 15% discount and we lose our warranty. overall, salesman was shady liar. installers/service were lousy. hopefully never need their warranty.all in all. do not recommend this company as they're way overpriced, and solely base their "life time warranty" on why its so expensive because the quality all around is piss poor. guess good warranty makes up for garbage craftsmanship in 2023.Josh salesman, Milwaukee market. Will lie through his teeth and promise the world to you then refuse to leave your house until he sells you something. do your shopping.Update 3: they need to return AGAIN fix exterior trim that's wavy, a broken door roller and a screw hole they put in the frame. Not looking good at this point.Update: Dan come out and saw the state of the door, discovered door is not square from factory. Stated they will be ordering a new frame which takes another 4-6 weeks, after we waited 4-6 for this one to come in. Is what it is. Stated correct trim, and rotted wood would be replaced. Review will stay as a 1 star up until the door is 100% and fixed.I'll update this at a later Time depending how they handle it. For now,Had a new sliding glass door installed. Installers did great, however craftsmanship of the door is god awful.Salesman lied through his teeth about stuff which the office was willing to fix and remedy. The door it's self, all unlevel, cracks on the edges to allow moisture in, sliding screen BARLEY closes unless you slam it shut. The edges of the plastic aren't level. The interior trim came as completely wrong color and style, outside trim is completely wrong color, didn't replace the rotted piece of wood that was on the bottom just covered it up, didn't fix the other piece of rotted wood on the side of the door. Left metal shavings on the ground, left trash on the ground. Install couldn't even be finished because trim was wrong. Scratches that scratched into the metal of the door. Pathetic. Pay all this money for something that a blind man can make better.

Brian Morris and Audie were our installers on a new sliding patio door. They arrived promptly at the beginning of the arrival window timeframe and were very professional with their work. We requested that they work around a blooming plant that is in the work space and they were very respectful of our wishes! They answered all questions that we had and explained the functionality of the door down to the finest detail. We can’t say enough how happy we are with Mad City, their product, and the professionalism of their team!

This is Sherrie Hinderman. My husband Ron and I just had new cupboard facings put on in our kitchen by Mad City. We can not say enough about the workmanship, the professionalism, and the kindness that we were given. We can't given enough praise to Zach, Ivan, and Mitch for the work they did in our kitchen. We had been pretty stressed out about the whole project but when those guys got here and started working they put us at ease immediately. I really appreciated that when they left at the end of each day counters were wiped clean and the floor was swept off. We certainly give each of them 10 out of 10 rating. Would give them more if we could. Our cupboards and drawers are just beautiful now. We will recommend Mad City to everyone we know.

This may be a long post. You've been warned. A Mad City canvasser came through our neighborhood and something made me actually answer the door. That lead to Jake coming for a free consultation. Very professional and kind! We were pleasantly surprised with the cost compared to what we have been quoted in the past from others. Installation day was long, but our installer's (Daniel) attention to detail was impeccable. We are in love and can't wait to update the rest of the bathroom! The picture will likely not do it justice, but give them a chance. You won't be sorry you did.

I couldn't be more pleased with the facelift to my kitchen that was just completed moments ago. My kitchen cabinets were well made, but 20 years of use had taken its toll on the paint, glides, and hardware. Mad City allowed me to keep the features and molding that I liked in the old cabinetry, and replace and upgrade the features that needed help. The work was completed by a team of professionals. Mitch, Ivan, and James are masters of their craft. They function as team players yet each clearly has expertise with different aspects of the rehab process. Mitch pays meticulous attention to getting the cabinets prepped for the laminate and finishing the edges. My kitchen is complicated with bevels and detail. Mitch took his time with each challenge and crafted the laminate with precision and beveled edges to a smooth finish. Ivan's expertise is with hardware, glides and hinges. Placement is critical when it comes to hardware working as it should. Ivan knows his craft and he knows the hardware he is placing. When things don't work as they should, his knowledge becomes evident with the tweaks and adjustments he makes. Then there was James. His superpower is being the master of his universe. We had a slight glitch in the rehab project when a third team member tested positive for Covid on day two. It was clear Mitch and Ivan were concerned with finishing the project on time being a man short. James arrived on day three and was able to jump in and complete any task needed. The end result is a great looking kitchen for Christmas. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done.

CJ was incredible! He did a wonderful job with the installation of my walk-in shower. He showed me everything he was doing and got my approval before every step. He took great care of my home and left it very clean! I cannot recommend Mad City and CJ enough!!

We love our new windows from Mad City! Every part of the process, from our first visit with the sales rep to the installation was seamless. Every employee throughout the process was friendly and professional. Mad City kept us update every step of the process from ordering to delivery. One day after installation we noticed an issue with the locks on one window and the track of another and called at 8am the day after installation and a tech was at our home fixing the issue by 9am. The employees installing were so quick and efficient and cleaned everything. Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Mad City from the initial consultation through the installation process. They maintained good communication during the process, provided frequent updates, and were responsive to our questions. Our installer was polite, prompt, efficient, respectful of our space, and conscientious. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that our installer positioned the shower rod too high, resulting in us not being able to use a standard size shower curtain or liner. When I called Mad City, they indicated the height should have been discussed with us.

Mitch Bliss did my kitchen cabinet remodel. Not only was his work excellent, but he was also informative, responsive and respectful. Plus he cleaned up well each day. I believe the products used are good quality. One thing to mention is that although they tell you that there is a lifetime warranty when you sign the contract, the lifetime warranty is only about warping. There Is a seven year warranty on the lamination. This may not be unreasonable, but it was not quite accurate from the outset.

My husband and I decided to hire Mad City to replace our bathtub, mostly because the companies we got quotes from were peddling the same products and Mad City got us closest to what we wanted to pay. During the negotiations the sale person told us that they would fix our window (a block-style window with a crank that didn't open... Like it was fused shut) and would replace our floorboards if they found mold - Which was a concern because our old tub, a cast iron from when the house was built, leaked into the basement every time someone took a shower. Great! We have small children so we chose a bigger tub and a handheld attachment for bathtime (SO HAPPY WE ADDED THAT ON). Install was scheduled for 10-12 weeks.Upon review of our contract (at about the 6 week mark) we noticed the floorboard replacement and window fixing weren't included in the contract, as we discussed with our sales person. I reached out to him and he stated they would fix it, even though it wasn't in the contract, and wouldn't create any addendum for me (uhm, yeah right). Once I began asking questions they put a rush on our order... And install was scheduled at 8 weeks.Install went fine. Two days, 8am-6pm was long though. When the manager dropped by to check progress I spoke with him about the floorboards and the window and he told me (seemingly flustered) that sales say they can do stuff all the time to customers without actually talking to the building team to see if they can do it. They didn't touch the window, but the manager gave me recommendations on what we can try to get it open and replace the crank on the window (my husband did manage to get it open later that night). The manager was so kind and was very helpful. The floor, luckily, was in good condition still so the boards didn't need to be replaced. We chose a tub that was 4" wider than the tub we were replacing, but when we saw it, it was really more like 1" more of tub and 3" of ledge were added... Which surprised us and kind of bummed us out.End result was beautiful. Our new bath doesn't leak into the basement and is visually exactly what I wanted. The one-man team who did it all from start to finish was professional, kind, and answered all of my questions. We have had our new bathtub for a few months now and the size is good for baths at any age, and the handled attachment is a real game changer for bathtime! So really, lost a star for the dishonsty of the sales team member. A word to potential customers - Make sure everything agreed upon is written into the contract!

I like the quality of the materials they put in my shower and am glad I have a lifetime warranty and that it was done the right way in a timely manner because you need to use your bathroom everyday.
