I have never posted a google review until now.My family and I called Kohlwey's about a washer (faucet leakage) and dryer (advice) issue on short notice after trying to install a new dryer from a different provider's installment/delivery. Not only did the plumber who came over help take out our old dryer, but they also helped recommend a new water faucet idea after our old faucet was rusted and had issues leaking.Kohlwey's, Inc is the closest plumbing company to us, but they have shown time and time again that they are a family-friendly company that knows what they are doing and has built trust with us over the years (10-ish) we have lived in their area. Definitely recommend.

WARNING! I called because the pipe between my floor drain and septic was clogged. My septic system is 6 years old and pumped 9 months prior. He showed and tried to convince me I had a serious problem, my septic was overflown. We went into some odd explanation when I questioned him. He took me in the yard and said my yard was squishy and my vents had water. I needed a septic guy immediately. Of course I called a different plumber company and they informed me my septic is great. It was in fact a clog and I may want to talk to someone about the other plumber. It took them 30 min to clear the clog. I also have them on video validating the tank was empty and only had water in it , and the receipt. Either the plumber is running a scam or doesn't understand full-empty septic tanks. I do have it all on video from my surveillance system. The owner seemed to find it funny

The plumber was great. The office lady not so nice. And did not credit our payments to our account. So keep good records. So glad we did.
