The crew at 1st choice are always friendly, respectful, and informative. We've had no "country mouse" problems since after their first visit with us. This spring, we added their bug control treatments to our plan, and the decrease in flying insects outside and spiders inside is incredible! Highly recommended 1st Choice!

Wow! What can I say? I called quite a few other places and they were too busy to come out to help us. Found First Choice and they were so courteous and helpful and came out in a couple of days. They saved us from potentially dangerous wasp stings as the wasps had built a hive inside our furnace/AC roof vent and were entering our home through the air vents! Needless to say I was terrified of the situation. We also had hundreds of them around our fruit trees and couldn't even go out without being attacked. Less than one day after Alex sprayed the infested areas there were hardly any wasps left! I am so very grateful for this company and so very relieved we can actually go outside without worrying about being stung...These guys will be our go to for pest control. Thank you❤️👍👍

Arrived when they said they would arrive. Did what they said they would. Charged what they said they would charge. Very happy with the response. The results of their effort will take a few days, but they assure me that the nest will be eradicated once the hornets come in contact with the chemicals used. These are the Bald Face Hornets and there are hundreds in this nest. If not all gone in 7-10 days, they will return and perform a second treatment. That is nice to know. I recommend this firm and enjoyed dealing with the workers.Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

This company is absolutely amazing. The customer service is fantastic, the explanations as to what is found (if anything) is always clear, the price is very good. They always send reminders of the appointment and if it doesn’t work, I am able to reschedule through a link that’s provided. Such a wonderful experience. I forgot about the appt to be honest and was still asleep but Justin was very understanding. He even cleaned up my back yard for me. So appreciative and thankful. We requested to have both inside and outside of our house done. The gentleman on the phone also said I would be notified before they came but mentioned Wednesday. He took my information and asked if it was ok to text me the details before they came.I didn’t receive any confirmation or have notification of time prior to arrival. They showed up and sprayed just the outside and told my wife they typically just do the outside even though it was agreed to on the phone to do the inside. My wife paid at he end because she isn’t one to raise a stink. My last bug person used to confirm the day before and day of spray, sprayed outside and inside, and was half the price. I expected better with the large price increase but wasn’t satisfied.Edit: I would appreciate the inside getting done. We don’t really have an issue with pests inside yet but that is why I requested it to be done. They did arrive at that time slot and spray but I was given that information prior to him showing up ready to go. The people are great. The quality is not so great. Expensive fir poor quality. This is the first year we’ve used them for bug control and honestly we’ve had the most bugs than we’d ever had. We had far less spiders when we didn’t use their service. I have used other companies in the past with great success. The final service was after I complained about the increase in spiders. I was expecting them to come in a do a full interior exterior spray because we’ve been having issues all summer long. The tech wouldn’t even spray the interior after we requested him to do so. We were willing to pay extra. The tech was not willing ti do the job. Instead he walked around the outside quickly and left and sent a $140 bill for less than five minutes. Garbage. I’d recommend a different company unless your ok paying $140 for 5 minutes. This company has been able to figure out where the bugs and mice were coming from and work to make sure they can’t get in our house.
