Making an all season room out of our screened patio. We added windows and doors. We started the process the last week of December. Dave did an excellent job helping us decide what possibilities were available. We got contracts signed and the windows and doors were ordered. Being a slower time of year, the windows and doors came in early. Dave prepped the area in a couple of days, and Nate and crew did the installation (The weather even warmed up to the upper 40’s unusual for late January) to help the crew work without freezing. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Job well done! Recommend Ridge Top Exteriors for your windows, doors, and other exterior work. The contractor can now finish off the project. From start to finish, Ridge Top demonstrated their commitment to great customer service. Darrik and Luke went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met with our roofing project. The guys managed to complete our large roof in two days and they made sure every thing on the ground was cleaned up before they left. Ridgetop did our roof this week. Bob Belsha and his crew were able to complete it in one day which is amazing because it has a lot of nooks and crannies along with sky light and dormer. We had our roof replaced by Ridge Top Exteriors. From what we can tell the work looks good but the experience was not the best. They finished the majority of the work in two days but strung us along for another two weeks to fully complete it. They'd tell us they were coming out several times and no one would show up. Nor would they tell us they weren't showing/didn't show up. The communication in general was lacking and there seemed to be a disconnect within the company, not relaying info to each other and we had to act as middle-men. For the price we paid, we expected a more fluid, less stressful experience.

We used Ridgetop for two jobs at our home: installation of a block window in the Master Bath, and replacement of 3 exterior doors. After some initial delays and rescheduling issues, the glass block window job was assigned to Bob and his crew. They did a great job, and Bob ensured that everything was done to our satisfaction before completing the job, even going so far as to personally redo some of the finishing work on the exterior to match our other windows.For the doors, David worked with us to choose doors with the looks and features that we wanted. They are from Provia (a brand we were not familiar with, but which are apparently well-known in the industry as being of high quality). The door replacement was supervised by Nate. He and his crew were able to install everything in one day. The installed doors look fabulous.My wife and I are very pleased with the results of both jobs.

Relatively new in the Wisconsin Rapids area but they have been around for many years in Madison. I just contracted Ridge Top Exteriors for new siding installation on my home and could not be more pleased with the entire process. I had a quote done by them and they were over $15k higher than other companies with the same shingle. I also didn't like how the manager made negative comments about his coworker when he wasn't in the room. Very negative sales approach toward other products as well.
