Called them at 8 am. They showed up by 10:30 am. They spent the day diagnosing and then replacing our submersible well pump. They did not leave until we had water and a working well. Just getting a phone call back these days is difficult. Working with them was not. Responsive, knowledgeable and there when you need them. We were having problems with our well after buying a home recently and called a few people I had been referred to on a Sunday afternoon. Bobby answered and came over quickly, putting off his weekend to come over and take a look at our well. Needless to say, we needed to have a new well dug and chose Bobby. Bobby managed to fit us into his schedule so we could have this done before winter. We have not been disappointed and he worked with us and our budget. Called Big Ridge at 8pm last night because the gauge on my pressure tank was dropping too low. I’m sure if I hadn’t had water, these guys would have come right over ! They came at the time they said they would the next morning and replaced the gauge. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable ! It feels good to have someone you know will help you if needed again!
