I had an excellent experience with 911 Roofing. Dustin did a fantastic job explaining everything and keeping in touch while I waited for the insurance company to do their part. I was impressed that the day after the inspection, I already had an estimate. Dave contacted me several times during the process, and I felt that my business mattered to the company. The crew showed-up and did a great job, finishing up in one day; a task I did not believe possible. Amanda made visits to the office quick and enjoyable when I selected colors and made payments. Would definitely recommend 911 Roofing. Selling our home we used 911 to replace our roof before closing. Insurance paid out hail damage and setting up the appt with 911 was a breeze. Worked with both David and Amanda in the front office and they were both very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The crew they sent to do the replacement was extremely hardworking and put in about a 12+ hour day. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up and another gentleman came back the next day to run a magnet over the driveway again and clean up any leftover granules. 911 roofing was quick get our roof fixed. After all the rain we had in Cheyenne, we noticed a bad leak in one of our rooms. After filing the claim, getting a few estimates, 911 put us at high priority! Even with the supply shortage, they came in a week to replace the roof. The roofers did great work! There were a couple of minor problems, that were remedied ASAP. Dave made everything right and made sure we were satisfied with the work. Thanks for getting us fixed in a pinch!

I have a decent sized house with a very complicated roof on the prairie side of town. They put a new roof on in one day. It was about a 13 hour day, but, it was done in a day. I was pleasantly surprised that it got done as quickly as it was. It took them a while to get it started, but, it wasn't their fault. The winds out here can be bad. The first calm day, for Cheyenne, that we had after I paid the deposit it was done. The office staff is courteous and thorough. I'm not sure that they could have done anything to make the experience better.Services: Roof installation, Roof damage repair

I own several commercial buildings - one building I purchased in 2008 and never re-roofed it. I asked a well known local roofing company to go and inspect it and give me a bid as I just rented it to a new tenant. They told me is was in need of a new roof. I didn't have the $20k to fix it so I just let it go. 8 months later I asked David from 911 to get me a bid on the roof replacement. He called me up and said it didn't need a new roof and that it would make it another 5 years with just some small repairs. So, $840 later I have been water tight - since. Updated 7/20/23: Gutters have been fixed! And we've even had torrential rain this afternoon to test them out. They're working great! Really appreciate the prompt and helpful response from 911.Updated 7/14/23: 911 sent out a couple employees to my house to check the gutters. They agreed they're off, and are going to send out the gutter subcontractor to fix them. I'll update my review once the gutters are fixed. We could not be more satisfied with 911 Roofing. From the time we met James who came and accessed our roof damage till our roof was all completed. They scheduled us in a very timely manner and showed up and had a very hard working crew that worked all day into the evening to finish the job. The clean up they did was amazing. We have been trying to find a nail or tack on our property and they left nothing. Amazing cleanup job!!! Very satisfied and so glad we chose 911 Roofing. We had a roof installed less then two years ago by another local company, the roof started leaking due to poor workmanship of the other company. That company would not stand behind their warranty, or even respond to us calling and emailing them. So we called 911 Roofing and was more then impressed with the customer service. Scheduled us very quickly given the circumstances and damage, finished the work quickly, professionally and did a great job of cleaning up. I am grateful for the assistance I received from 911 Roofing Solutions. In September 2022 a microburst of wind blew my 9' deck umbrella right off the iron base and it landed in the middle of my high pitch roof. Umbrella was still open and logged stuck in my unusual roof design. I called several roofing contractors for assistance to remove umbrella from roof. I called seven contractors, all booked days out. When I called 911 Roofing Solutions, the gal I spoke with told me she had 2 employees driving back from Laramie to Cheyenne and she would check if they could come by to assist with my issue. She told me I will call you back in about 15 minutes and let you know. She called in 10 minutes and said they will come by take care of my issue. I had a doctor appt scheduled that morning, she said I did not need be home when they swing by. I was gone little over an hour for my appt and returned home to find my umbrella back on the stand on my deck and I found a business card on my door from James Feeney, he wrote he noticed some roof damage. I was aware there is roof damage and I plan to call 911 Roofing Solutions on my roof in near future. Their response and trust in my need with the umbrella issue and the card left on my door gives me trust that 911 Roofing Solutions is the company to call with roofing issues. In today's busy environment, it is rare to get any business to assist on these unusual issues that appear.

Great experience with 911 Roofing Solutions. This is the second home we have had them replace the roof on and each time we have been extremely pleased. We also had them replace our metal shop roof and shed roof. Dave worked around our schedule to do the install and stayed in touch multiple times leading up to the work. Once work started, Dave's crew did an amazing job. They kept the job site clean and did there best to make sure all the nails and small pieces of debris were picked up. The project manager and crew supervisor were onsite at different times to insure things were going OK. After the work was completed, one of the employees showed up to make sure the job site was clean, pick up left over supplies and ensured we were satisfied with the work. I would recommend 911 Roofing Solutions to anyone. Dave and Julie are great people to work with!

Dave, Julie, and the rest of the 911 Roofing crew were the most personable people from any company that I have ever worked with before. They were efficient, clean, and friendly! Not only can get they get the job done well, but they do it by caring about the customers needs as well! The weather held them up for a half day and I received a call asking if I would like them to move the dumpster bin out of the way for the evening. They go above and beyond.
