Terrible experience. Unprofessional. Did not complete work in timely manner. They were salespeople and once they got my money- they quit responding. Overcharged me. Insurance refused to pay many charges outlined by the company as they weren’t in the original quote. The company’s poor work and responsiveness caused the insurance agent and the adjuster high levels of anger. Communication ended up triangulated between all the parties. It was an awful experience. Myself, my Farmer’s Insurance Agent, and the adjuster agreed that the company are scammers and not one of us will work with them again if given the option. Will not recommend.

Matt Taylor with Pride Roofing does more than just roofing. We had them do a garage door and opener for us. Matt Taylor made sure that we were well informed on when the door was coming. He even came out while it was being installed to make sure it was done correctly and in a reasonable time. The installer did a great job as well and gave us plenty of notice of when he was going to do the install. Both are very professional and I would recommend them. Thanks guys!

Christian and Tyler performed a roof inspection. At first thought I just figured they were looking to sell a roof. However, we were given a clean bill of health, and they even remedied some areas of the roof that could potentially become a problem at no cost.The Best part of this crew is the fact that I’ve been looking to replace a sliding glass door (a service this company provides) because I thought it was broken.
