This review is more for the motel. The reception for the motel is the gas station. They need to have a sign for that because it wasn't entirely clear. By fluke, I figured that out.Other than that, the lady was awesome. Priceline made a mistake with my booking (I needed two queens and it told the place it was one queen). She came up with a quick resolution and put us in a new room. It was not an easy thing to do for this very small place so I was beyond grateful.My roadtrip was a once in a lifetime thing but if I ever come back that way, I will stay here again.

I really like this stop. The building is a bit weathered, inside and out. But well maintained. Where else are you going to get bait and coffee? Motel nearby, food is passable, good selection of cold drinks, dry goods, and some minimum tackle for fishing. Pretty fair service inside as well. A nice country store in the boonies by a reservoir.

Deserves 0 stars. The corporation that owns this makes a mint ripping off folks for everything they sell. But refuse to smooth out the incredibly horrid parking lot that you could loose your car and boat in.

One stop place! If you forgot something in town, they probably have it.Restrooms were not the cleanest.We came here off season. But it looked like they still had ample camping supplies.

THE SOAP IN THE BATHROOM WAS SO NICE IT LOOKED A LIL WEIRD BUT IT TURNED OUT GREAT WHAT KIND OF SOAP IS THIS? Anyway, We just stopped use the restroom, and it was clean and good. Looked a little run down but was actually just fine.

Gas prices are astronomical but it's a nice place to stop in if you just need to use the restroom and grab a snack or drink. Staff has always been pretty friendly whenever I've stopped in.

Small looking on the outside but has everything you could need inside! Sinclair gas. Super friendly people. I'm in awe how friendly! Clean restrooms! Easy off the interstate ramp access!

Store not bad parking lot like 1 big sink hole no where to drive in with hitting one I hope no one want to go there after it snows you won't see the holes a will probably break your car

Stopped for gas and a snack, woman behind the counter didn't greet me on the way in, nor did she respond to any of my pleasantries while ringing me up. We're not from this area, and really enjoyed the state park here, but will not stop at Howards again, as someone that rude doesn't need any of our money.

Owners obviously don't care what happens to you vehicle. Some of the potholes you think you will get high centered in. I have seen several camper avoid this place.

Nice people, but they're dumb when it comes to processing a fuel card. This is the 2nd time I tried to buy $500+ worth of diesel on the Fleet One card & had to go somewhere else because they couldn't figure out how to process it. There won't be a 3rd attempt.

Don't stop here for 87 octane gas. $3.79 a gallon. They advertise $2.59 for 85 octane. Rippoff.
