Cleary did a great job of constructing my 40x48’ building. The crew was very hardworking and knowledgeable and paid attention to detail and precision. I was impressed by their exactness. Tim kept a close watch to make sure everything was proceeding smoothly and even jumped in to help, when needed. I would highly recommend Cleary.

I signed a contract with Cleary buildings 6/17/20 was told it would be completed in August. Here it is October 13 and my building is still not finished. They got their money as I promised to do. The first shipment of product arrived in August and set on the ground for weeks before a crew showed up to start the job. The job was started in September but half way through the crew left to go work on another job. Another crew showed up and put the roof on and completed the shell on September 28th. Im still waiting on my garage door that should have been ordered back in June. I get the whole COVID mess but I'm now being told that the door is still 2 weeks out. I just called my local garage door installer and asked how long it would take him to order me a 14'x14' door. From order to out the door 3 weeks. I am beginning to believe I have been lied to for one because I am a single women whom they think knows nothing about construction. I worked build logs homes for over 11 years and prior worked with my father in the concrete business at the age if 16. I know all about delays. I now own and operate 3 businesses on my own so I get all the issues with COVID. If this is how Cleary Buildings handles its jobs then I can not recommend this company. My expectations when I hired them was to have my building delivered and built within a reasonable time. I don't even with Covid believe it should take 3 months to erect a 49'x61'x 17'8" metal shell with 2 doors. I will say one thing about Roy Roberson my salesman. Very pleasant man who did his job to my expectations and beyond.Update...11-11-2020. STILL DO NOT HAVE A COMPLETED BUILDING. TIME TO GET MY ATTORNEY INVOLVED!Update.... 12-31-2020. AFTER BEING PROMISED MY DOOR WOULD BE INSTALLED 12-28- 2020...IT COMES AS NO SUPRISE IT IS NOT INSTALLED!!!CLEARY BUILDINGS IS A TOTAL JOKE OF A COMPANY THAT GUARANTEES CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM. IVE CALLED THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE TOO AND WAS GUARANTEED BY THEM THAT DOOR WOULD BE INSTALLED ON THE 28TH. NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF LIARS.

I really dislike this company. Kept a guys 5k deposit after they told him road was to steep. I would stay away and buy a building elsewhere.
