5 stars, Ian was awesome. Fixed plumbing issues within an hour, arrived quickly and was very prompt with his work.He also made me aware of the causes for my issues and educated me. Rather than leave after the job was done, he let me know what the source of the issue was and laid out many options for the future.I'm beyond satisfied with his service and Roto Rooter. Will be using them for any and all plumbing issues going forward.

Dan and Tiffany are great! They found the problems and repaired them just like the pros that we needed! Dan replaced old valves that had been leaking and had to dig to find a leaking pipe. He fixed it and saved us alot of money on our water bill. They were very friendly and went over everything with us! Absolutely 5 star service! We will be using them from now on!

Our technician did a great job!The customer service/scheduling department, not so much.When I made my appointment on Friday, I was told I would be the first appointment, I work from home. So I put PTO in because my appointment was supposed to be first thing and was told they would be there early and I could start work by 12. I am writing this review at almost 3PM.Our technician did a awesome job, was very knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of what he was doing.My time is just as valuable as anyone else's, and I understand having scheduling conflicts, but I had to end up missing out on a whole day of work, when I could have worked half the day, but ended up waiting on the technician to come out when I was told he was coming that morning.He even told me I was first on the list, and he was told to go to another job before mine.Scheduling department needs to get it together.Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing

Dan did a good job. However, the cost to replace a small pipe was excessive. They changed $15 for a fuel surcharge even though I lived about 1.5 miles from their office. Also, a charge for consumables of $20, and a charge of $140 for a journeyman. This was a one man job.

Pete Kritner from Mazama Services showed up at the scheduled time. Very professional. First I discussed with him the current problem with the Navien water heater system, that is, the waiting time for hot water availability. Pete examined the unit and quickly determined the internal setting was for "intelligent" operation rather than "always available". Once the setting was changed, the furthest supply point, master bath shower, was tested and released hot water in about 15 seconds. Very acceptable result. Thank you Pete and Mazama Services.

I placed my information on the websites & within an hour my appointment was set. The next day, the tech called me & said he was in the area & could he come by early to see what the problem was. I said sure. In less than an hour, problem was fixed and I was completely satisfied. Excellent work. Will be calling on them again if needed & definitely recommending them to my friends.

Called to get a garage disposal hooked up to a drain line under my kitchen sink. I installed the garbage disposal and just needed it plumbed in. Spoke with a technician and sent photos. Told me price would probably be around $160. Next day another technician with a trainee comes out and price is $240. Called the manager the next day after looking at the bill. Labor showed a quantity of 2 but did not specify men or hours. I assumed it was men. The manager cut me off mid sentence and said "did you sign the quote before the work was performed". Conversation continued and I explained that I called to ask why I was charged for 2 men for a 1 man job. He told me that I was not charged for 2 men and that they have flat rates for different jobs. I explained that the dispatcher would not give any rates over the phone and asked how they have flat rates but won't give them before arrival. He became annoyed and kept changing the explanation. I told him that one of the technicians gave me an idea of a price the day before and he cut me off again and said that none of his technicians give prices over the phone. I feel taken advantage of because I was charged $240 for them to come out and install a $2 coupling and reused all existing piping. Would not recommend them to anyone. Very shady business practices and horrible customer service by the manager of all people. I would leave a 1 star but the job was done and haven't had issues with the plumbing.

Izac Harrel from the Albertville/Guntersville, Alabama office was great! A very true professional, he listened to our concern and made a visual inspection of the areas before giving the estimate. I knew what the job was going to cost before he began the work instead of getting hit with the cost after the work was done. He made sure I was aware of what he was doing in order to clear a washcloth from our drain line. He checked for any leaks before presenting me with the bill. He cleaned up the areas he worked in before he left our house. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter from Albertville/Guntersville for any plumbing needs we have in the future!
