I wish I could say we’ve had a great experience with SoCo Roofing. Our roof was initially done in a timely manner and we were satisfied with our end result.About a month after our roof completion, we had a leak in the same spot we had our roof replaced for in the beginning. We called our sales rep, Colton, and he responded quickly and came by with the project manager and one other member of their team who inspected our roof.We were told that we’d have to wait until the roof leaked AGAIN so they would know where to fix the leak.We have been waiting and waiting for a good rain to come through (and we’ve had plenty) and still nothing will make the roof leak again. Now we’re dealing with the water damage and with the weather heating up we’ll soon have mold in the insulation (if we don’t already). We’ve since contacted SoCo again and we’ve been reassigned a contact who has only answered the phone once or twice, told me he’d try to come by this past Friday, and as far as I know he did not since he hasn’t responded to any texts or calls since Wednesday.We are very understanding people, we’re busy ourselves and we spent our holiday this weekend with families as I’m sure everyone did, but we feel we’ve been forgotten.Bottom line is the fact we’ve paid this company to replace our roof and we’ve been left unsatisfied and still have a leak that’s been collecting mold and sitting since April 27th. We just want our roof fixed correctly and the resulting damage of the leak handled.Service: Roof repair
