So I found out today this is the Company (Gene Hicks) yes they are all relatives! that Legacy hired to fix my mother's roof that did a half @ job causing it to continue leaking almost two years later!This is a complete family of scam artists. They will take your money, and if you ever need to make a claim, good luck getting anything done! Very surprised this guy is an insurance agent after using their Legacy restoration business ...MATT BROOKS (the owner, and also.... a pastor of Lifepoint Church.....) ANDREW BROOKS, and JAYLON BROOKS (MANAGER and son of the owner).... to scam my elderly mother out of 3 insurance checks and left all the storm damage that the 3rd check for $10,000 was PAID TO THEM TO "COMPLETE" THE JOB. Even our homeowners insurance company has taken photos and matched up the paperwork with what they did not do. Aren't churches and Pastors supposed to help people not scam them? Even Kyle at APEX came all the way from Tullahoma and took pictures, and matched up all the "listed " work that they claimed they did but photos prove they did not! I can't claim a $5,000 depreciation check when it will cost us over $10,000 out of pocket just to hire someone else to complete the job! APEX WAS going to cash out the job and pay us $7,000 until someone forged some documents claiming we owe them money and they lied on the BBB saying we owe them money! how can you owe someone money when the last insurance check was directly signed over to them, agreed upon with insurance company that $10,000 would "Finish the job" yes that is what they promised my mother is if she signed over that last $10,000, they could put a rush on the job, get all the materials and be done before the end of the year (2021). Then my mom passed away in Jan of 2022 and the claim that IS STILL OPEN, was transferred into my hands!Blocking me doesn't make the facts go away... that YOU and YOUR FAMILY of LEGACY RESTORATION screwed people out of money and left them with storm damage. Yes I've had 5 other families contact me since what you all did to my mother and then she passed away with a damaged house, after you promised to fix her house if she signed over that whole $10,000 insurance check.We have had to have TWO roofers out because the roof was leaking all through Christmas. Both licensed and insured, both have written statements (and pictures) stating whoever (Legacy) tried to repair the roof didn't ½ @ do the job, and the other ½ @ part wasn't no where done correctly and the roof was unfinished!An insurance inspector also has been out, took photos and took a copy of the list that they claim work was done. He also checked off everything they claimed was done that obviously was NOT!Literally all ANYONE has to do is come look at the mess they left my mother's house in, and take one look at the paperwork/contract that they CLAIMED COMPLETE! Anyone can see this was a huge scam and they do this to elderly people, because they think they can tell someone who is 85, it's done, and they believe them. This is Theft by Deception and taking advantage (extortion of money) of the Elderly !

After meeting with Doug and receiving our estimate, we contracted with Roof Revivers to clean years of tree sap, and dirt build up as well as oxidation on metal roofing at two (2) properties. The metal roofing had not been cleaned since 2013. One property consisted of 15 Buildings/100 Apartments and the work took approximately 2 weeks to complete. The other property consisted of 14 Buildings/60 Apartments and took about the same amount of time. The buildings were all 5/12. We are so pleased with the work quality. The roofs literally look brand new. Doug and his men are great to work with and leave the property clean and neat at the end of each day. We have not had one resident complaint. My roof was inspected by the owner. He said I did not need the Roofmax product at this time, but I went ahead and purchased the cleaning process for now. My roof had algae and stains running down it. They used a product that removed the dirt/grime and made my roof look like it's new. My wife was concerned about our plants, but the product didn't hurt them. The workers also used another hose to keep the flowers/bushes continually washed just in case.Service: Roof inspection

When my renters told me that there had been a leak in the ceiling of my rental house, I was beside myself.
