We have always wanted to build our dream home. When we decided to take action, Abram Homes was the first one we called. From day one, they were kind, attentive, and personable. They guided us through every step and kept us aware of all unforeseen issues. We contracted Abram Homes to build a small (< 1000 sf) home on our property for a family member in April 2021. Material shortages made the project challenging, but the team navigated these skillfully and with excellent communication. The quality of the work and attention to detail were superb. Their designer took much of the stress out of the project by listening to our ideas and developing them into something more beautiful than we imagined. Their trade crews were very skilled and professional. We love the finished result and highly recommend Abram Homes!

We had a stone fireplace built and it is beautiful. The other item we truly love is the shower in the master bath. Michelle and Carl would like to thank Abram Homes, Wilson, Brad, Lynn, Jeff, Aidan, Malorie, and all their staff for doing such an amazing job on my Princess' retirement home.Everyone made the building experience enjoyable and stress free as possible with all the issues in these trying times with materials constantly being unavailable and going up in price.Even when problems would arise, Wilson and his staff were always available to figure out how to correct and/or work around any issues that would occur.Wilson was very good about keeping us informed of every aspect of the build, both good and bad and was very hands on and involved.We designed our entire house by ourselves and Wilson and his staff would always help with suggestions that always helped us.We thank God for bringing us to such a fantastic builder that not only made sure that good quality materials were used, but would only use contractors he trusted to do a good job. Even if that meant waiting a few extra weeks to get the job done by the right contractor.Wilson was more than just our builder. When we decided to build our "forever" home, we researched a lot of companies. What struck me was how "stripped down" the models were. Ceiling fans only on "deluxe" models, really? Then we saw an advertisement for Abram Homes. Everything about the process was "deluxe," at an affordable price. They had answers to questions we didn't even know we had. We definitely LOVED working with the entire team, especially the interior designer. She took our ideas and gave them the form of a professional. I was a little scared about having a home built, I had heard all the horror stories. No one believed me when I said how wonderful the experience was from start to finish. They kept us informed at EVERY step of the build. They made sure they understood the "look" we wanted, and every suggestion only made it better...really coming to life. Did I mention, everything came in on budget? We hired Abram Homes to build for us, and it was like having friends build our home! If I had to do it again, I would use Abram Homes AGAIN.
