Our AC Unit seemed to be acting up, so we reached out to Excel. They were able to come out to our house within a reasonable time frame and diagnose what was going on with our unit. After some trouble shooting it was decided that we would need our unit replaced. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process and very prompt with responses and and questions we had. They worked with our timelines with no issue. Now we have a cool house again and a shiny new unit. 😎

I experienced the level of customer service and professionalism taht was lacking from our other 2 larger Service providers in our area. This was the sole reason I was looking for another place to start with. HE did not disappoint. Service call price was lower than the competitor service was better and he acted like he wanted to be there. Will be my new hvac service provider.

I called on a Sunday afternoon after being without power more than 13 hours, I was assured there was nothing they could do to help me at that moment but would come out if I wanted but at an extremely higher rate then regular price (WHICH I TOTALLY understood it being a Sunday!!) However the owner convinced me to wait til this morning & he gave me a discount on his normal hourly rate at 7:30 am my technician Mike Hurst appeared & within a very short time had fixed my problem.....he was very honest, friendly, efficient & DIDN'T ONCE try convincing me that I needed more work done than I actually did, in fact I was shocked & he even replaced a few of my outlets while he was here!! I will absolutely be using Excel again especially after being called by the owner blessing me further than EVER EXPECTED!! I'm in awwwwwe of not only his graciousness but because the longer I'm in Alabama the more aware I become of how blessed I am that I decided to make Andalusia my home..... EVERYONE HAS BEEN SO NICE & I AM ABSOLUTELY glad to have called EXCEL first for my electric needs.....I WILL be using them for all my electrical needs here on out!!

Excel was quick to respond on Saturday when my elderly mother's air conditioner quit working. They came from Andalusia to McKenzie and the technician quickly diagnosed the problem. Even though it is an old unit and he didn't have the exact part he needed to fix it, he was able to come up with a solution that would work until the part comes in. The cost of the service was extremely reasonable especially considering it was Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend. The tech and the person who answered the phone were extremely nice. I highly recommend them.
