Huck was very thorough and stayed late trying to get the job done. He came back the next day and he did not leave until he knew everything that was a problem was working and he made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. He answered all the questions he laugh with us, and made us feel very comfortable. Huk is not only an electrician and employee with Dunn’s but he’s also someone I like to call a Friend. I thank Dunn’s and Huck for his patients with my family during our emergency electricity issue.

There’s no words to explain how satisfied I am with choosing Dunn’s! I was ghosted by 3 other HVAC companies in my area. I contacted Dunn’s on a Tuesday; by Thursday, I am now sitting in my cozy home with my two new mini splits. They literally had the job completed in 6 hours or less. Justin and Josh installed a hot water heater at our home on 03/20/2024. Both were very professional and did a excellent job. Gavin came out initially and did the estimate. He also was very helpful and professional. The office staff as well as Noah were a great help and very informative throughout the process. We had a on-going plumbing issue when we bought a house in Jacksonville. We called several plumbing companies with some not even showing up to see the problem. After calling Dunn, we were impressed with their office staff. Aubrey came to see the issues. He explained from the beginning what they would do to help us. Jason and Hunter showed up without fail. We now have working plumbing in our home. It was a pleasure working with this company. Their professionalism and prices are impressive.

I would just like to say how very satisfied I am with the services from Dunn’s, our techs that worked very hard (Jacob and Cody) were absolutely amazing and made sure that the problem got resolved! They also came back with Cody and Hunter and finished the problem with a stoppage we had! Excellent service on their parts along with another gentlemen Conner that came a little later and helped on the first day. We recently had a new HVAC installed on Friday April 27th and they did an amazing job (Pickle and the guy with him). Very professional and informative. While here they found a plumbing leak and immediately informed us and helped us touch base with a plumber. First thing Monday morning Jason came and identified and repaired the problem. He was very nice, professional and explained everything. We will not hesitate to call Dunn's for any of our future needs. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We were beyond pleased with the service. Jason came to my house for an after hours emergency and not only did he fix that issue but he resolved a few more while he was at it. He was very pleasant and kept me informed about what he was doing and what the price would be every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and even educated me on a few things. I'm sure I could ask for better service but I don't expect I could have found it.

Derrick and the team @ Dunns did a phenomenal job for our business installing new lighting and our outdoor illuminated signs. They were able to work around our schedule to get the work performed without interrupting our normal business operations which is greatly appreciated. The service was excellent and fast. The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is because they charged me $371 to change out a wax ring on my toilet. Wax ring costs 15-20 dollars. They are just way to expensive for the common folk.

Send Joshua everytime! He serviced my air units. I knew he was God sent the moment he stepped through my door! He has a beautiful Spirit! He was very professional, friendly, and was careful to make sure I knew every step that he took on my unit. And, he explained the service plan so well that I couldn't help but buy the plan!! He explained what it covered and what it didn't cover. And most of all, he acted like he really wanted to be here unlike many others that are standoffish(if that is even a word).

Air conditioning motor went out yesterday and I called yesterday night to set the earliest appointment for today. The technician got here early and within two hours of him coming by the motor was replaced and the air was working! He even checked and found out it was under warranty. Super nice and professional. Colton went above and beyond with fixing my pipe going to the septic tank. It was full of roots and other debris. We just moved into our house 2.5 years ago and had continuous problems with sewage leaking out on to the ground. I will definitely use his help again for further repairs at my house. The service was spectacular, the tech found the problem quickly, and was able to repair our air conditioner during one of the hottest summers on record. We called in on the day. We needed them to come out while they were at their busiest yet they made time to come within several hours of our phone call. The lady who answered the phone was really nice and sympathetic to our problem. Aaron, who came out was really great at communicating and was knowledgeable and friendly.
