From the very first call Mr. Hollingsworth came out and did the inspection and guided us on what the next steps were. They got us on the schedule quickly and when the day came to put the roof on they were very professional and did an amazing job. This is my second time getting in touch with Hollingsworth roofing. The first time Fred and his lovely wife were beyond what any customer could ask for. We were not even living in the state yet but they went above and beyond so when we finally got our house. They were the first ones I called. Matthew and his wonderful staff were beyond exceptional and professional. Very clean and thorough. I am ABSOLUTELY in love with my roof. Highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs. Mr. Hollingsworth explained what he planned to do and the reason it was the best way. I asked about an upgrade on the shingles and he was able to explain the difference in the cheaper and more expensive shingles. Mr. Hollingsworth came out to check on my roof issue very quickly and even came during the week long flood to make a temporary repair until the rain stopped long enough for a permanent repair. Fred and his team are amazing. We purchased a home in Anniston with a very old roof. Fred came out the same day to quote the job of replacing the roof a install new gutters. After we called 4 other roofing companies with no call back, we called Hollingsworth Roofing not only did we received a call back within an hour! Mr. Hollingsworth came out later that day and gave us an estimate on a much needed repaired that was urgent! Mr. Hollingsworth explained what has happened and what all he needed to do to make the repair. The next day he called us to tell us he could be out the next morning to do the repair! Him and his crew arrived early ready to complete the job! Mr. Hollingsworth updated my husband throughout the process with pictures before, during, and after the job. It took them about half the day to make the repair, but it was done correctly how it should have been done all along since whoever replaced the roof before we purchased the home didn't do it correctly! We will definitely give Hollingsworth Roofing a call in the future if we need any other repairs or when it comes time to replace the roof on our home! I strongly recommend Hollingsworth Roofing Company to any homeowner considering either a new roof or repairs to a roof. I have an older house – Fred Hollingsworth explained clearly and concisely what the replacement of my roof would involve. He was extremely professional, trustworthy, and courteous and his installers were professional, efficient, and provided high-quality service. The entire installation was completed within a day including, since I have an older house, removing and replacing deteriorated plywood. Mr. Hollingsworth was present at various stages of the installation, monitoring the progress; additionally, he provided guidance and assistance on chimney repair which was needed. Again, this company has my unreserved and strongest of recommendations. And, just look at the other reviews posted about the service provided by Hollingsworth Roofing Company – all of them 5-star. I am not alone my extreme satisfaction with Fred Hollingsworth and his company.

Absolutely cannot recommend this company enough! Matthew was quick to respond and make sure everything was scheduled as quickly as possible. He helped me get a quote for the insurance company and answered them quickly with any questions the insurance agent had for him. Always returned and phone calls I had and made sure to have answers to any questions I had as quickly as possible. Found out about the roof leaking on May 11th. Matthew was able to come out, verify it was storm damage and have me a quote by the 17th. The roof has been fully repaired as of today 06-08-2023, with new shingles and wood work done in less than 24 hrs. This company is quick and makes sure the work is done to the highest standards. Matthew even sent me a link with progress updates since I was at work during the majority of the repairs. This made me feel very happy about making sure that work was done correctly as nothing was hidden or covered up. Between helping to push the insurance claim so that work could get done as soon as possible and making sure that not only work was done quickly and correctly but also making sure that my family was kept updated and making sure that we knew what all was done, makes this experience an amazing one. And if after 25 years I need a new roof or if anyone I know needs roofing work done I will gladly use them or recommend them immediately. Thank you Matthew for your companies hard work and making sure the needs of my family were met quickly and with the most professional and best quality work that you all could provide. There aren’t enough words to accurately describe how AMAZING Fred, his brother and the whole crew from Hollingsworth were!! My mom had hail damage and needed a new roof. From the first time I spoke to Fred he was kind, listened and answered all our questions. He came right out, even though we weren’t home, looked at the roof, called us and went over his estimate, what was needed, his company, the products he uses, details on the warranty, etc. and made sure we understood the process with the insurance company.My mom just had surgery and I am in town from Michigan to help her and only had one week left here when I spoke to him. Without me having to even mention it, he told me that he would work with us to get the roof done before I left town to ease my mind knowing it was done before I left. I was blown away; it was like he read my mind! It was really weighing on me, but I hadn’t even mentioned it nor had a chance to ask him if it was possible yet. Most people wouldn’t have given that a thought, much less care about it and certainly wouldn’t go out of their way to make it happen, especially when they are as busy as Hollingsworth Roofing. That meant the world to me!!He was supposed to come back out to meet and show us samples the next day, but we had a TON of rain overnight. Even though he had some flooding around his own home, he still came out to show us samples and go over everything, when most others would have cancelled. He and his wife were so kind and took extra time to match the color of a couple damaged siding pieces that needed to be fixed as well.The day of the job, his crew arrived early, were friendly and professional, took care to cover all plants and landscaping and got straight to work. They work as a team making them efficient and thorough; they are a well-oiled machine! Several neighbors called us and said how impressed they were with how they worked quickly but with quality and care! Fred, and his brother were here to make sure everything got started smoothly and I was very impressed with how they interacted with the crew. It was obvious there was mutual respect and that all of them took great pride in the work they do. Fred believes in taking care of his crew and that goes a long way with me and speaks to his character as a person.The roof came out beautifully and when I say they take clean up seriously, I am not exaggerating! They went around the house at least 3 or 4 times to make sure every little piece of material and nails were picked up. There was not one single piece of debris left at all!! Fred personally made sure the job was finished to his standards and that we were happy, WHICH WE WERE!!!!I cannot say enough about this company and how AMAZING they are! Fred was extremely professional and did a superior job replacing out roof after we had hail damage and developed a leak. He placed a patch on the leak on the flat roof of our sunroom until the total job could be completed.He kept us updated after discovering much of the subroofing had rotted and needed to be replaced. The job was still completed in one day with an efficient crew of workers.They made sure that all the racks and old roofing was removed. The following day you would have never known we had all that work completed.
