Our AC stopped cooling on July 4. We called that afternoon to hopefully get a call back the next day. We actually received a call back THAT evening with an appt the next afternoon. Then to our happy surprise they were able to get here by 9:30 am!! Kevin quickly went through the required checks and determined the system was charged and the components were operating properly but almost no air was coming out in the house. We opened the door to go under the house and was met with cold air. A disconnected distribution tube was found and reconnected and the system worked very well.Service: HVAC system repair

I tried to install a Nest thermostat and my heat pump would only pump out heat as opposed to cold air conditioning. Isaac came out and was able to install a super high quality thermostat that was Wi-Fi enabled and also make sure that cold air came out instead of heat. Highest rating!!! Isaac Installed 2 WiFi Thermostats perfectly. Also loaded/programmed my iPhone & tablet with access and showed us how to use. Found my rattle from my filter in 20 min., removed 3 ceiling tile. All this after Tri-County could not program my thermo or find the rattle. They suggested we buy the cheapest filter and it worked but we needed the allergens control filters like we had originally. Tri-county did do the service work and were very nice.
