Brian and his team were good listeners and took quick action to help us better understand some issues we were having with our septic system. Brian was able to quickly identify the root causes and make recommendations to fix them. Brian made it virtually effortless send in the permit request - and it came with every instruction necessary along with a pre-addressed envelope. Adams Construction and Associates definitely met our needs and in a timely matter. They will be my first point of contact going forward.

It's refreshing to actually have someone provide customer service! Each time I called Brian answered and took the time to speak to me and answer all my questions.
