Tim and crew do a great job! They truly care about the quality of work they deliver. I had them install a fairly complicated tile backsplash/wall in my kitchen and they did it with little trouble. Delivering a solid product. They worked clean and communicated frequently along they way. I will likely use them again for other projects and have recommended them to several close friends who have been likewise satisfied with their finished work. We contacted Tim about our sagging floor, and he came by quickly to ascertain the issue. He helped us figure out what we needed to do and even worked us in last minute due to the emergency situation we were in with the danger of our floor joist. He was very honest, prompt, and was able to place joist supports in our crawl space to help support our floor. He is very professional, and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

This guy ripped me off. He was hired for a variety of small jobs which were completed to my satisfaction. BUT, he was also hired to remove and install two exterior doors. The door(s) installation was a MESS. The deadbolts on both doors do not close because the door unit wasn't installed correctly. There are also gaps in the doors where I can see daylight...not to mention how much hot/cold air is coming through (and insects!) When I called him to come back and fix the door(s) installation he REFUSED to answer phone calls or texts. USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. NOTE: I was called by Owner Tim Murphy @ 1030 03/07/2022 and he has promised to repair the doors promptly. I will report back when this happens.Door installation partially fixed on 03/08/2022. Door insulation added/adjusted on 03/10/2022. I am now completely satisfied with the door(s) installation and have revised my star rating to [4] stars...I couldn't honestly give [5] stars but Owner Tim Murphy DID MAKE GOOD on his promise to complete the work to my satisfaction...and I am here to document the FACT that he has KEPT HIS WORD.Services: Repair water fixtures, General repairs

Auburn Home Maintenance was a life saver for me. My new home had a brick lip sticking out at the front door which led to a 7 inch step down as soon as the door was opened. I am disabled and require a cane to walk so this was a safety issue in addition to not being aesthetically pleasing. I was eager to find a more attractive front entryway to my new home. Tim came out and made a couple of suggestions as to how my entryway could be made safer. We decided to use a 4’ by 4’ brick paver landing leading to a brick paver walkway. Harrison did an excellent job! The pavers are stamped with a stone face and once Harrison and Land finished the work it really made me feel like I was walking up to my “castle”. The work was done efficiently, in a timely manner, and for a reasonable price. Every person I have met from Auburn Home Maintenance has been a pleasure to deal with. Tim and his crew are the best. I had an idea of what I wanted and with Tim’s help he made it happen!Tim can do anything. He has stained my fence for my backyard and built shelves for my garage, closet and pantry.I can’t believe what a difference my shelves made in my garage. Heavy duty and custom designed to hold storage bins and still make room for my “garage refrigerator “. My pantry is my favorite! The shelves are installed to meet my needs and finally get me organized. I just open the pantry door to look and can’t believe how “fancy” and sturdy my shelves are!Overall I can’t say enough about the customer service Tim and his crew provide.
