Our experience was excellent from estimates to cleanup. Two days of mild disruption and then as if they were never here. Sam Tate was our coordinator and was frequently on site to confirm work. Very well organized and hardworking crew. Immaculate cleanup.

We had a small area of rot off the garage and called several roofers and most of them ghosted us initially. One company came first to check it out and provide an estimate and HomeSouth was the other. While the first roofer didn't seem to notice, Wade from HomeSouth took pictures of clear hail damage that we did not know, so we are very grateful for this!We ended up getting the whole roof replaced to fix not only the rot due to improperly installed flashing (metal ran parallel to brick with only caulking to create a seal as opposed to cutting into the brick to tuck flashing slightly in brick) and after a few insurance headaches, got the roof replacement scheduled quickly. They did say it would only take one day to complete when in reality it took two full days, but this was expected from us and was our only even slightly negative experience. Even so, they are professional, up to code, courteous, and Wade even helped me navigate insurance, calling the city to prove the age of the roof, and all around helpful.

Sam Tate did an outstanding job ensuring the installation of a beautiful and high quality new roof with little effort on our part. His home office worked with our insurance adjusters to meet city codes, secure highest quality materials with a long term guarantee. He provided samples and addresses around the city to help us make design choices. His knowledgeable foreman made some excellent improvements and did a great job leading his crew on a challenging roof. The crew thoroughly removed the old roof, replacing damaged decking, installed new flashing where needed, put down quality underlayment, and worked with roofline with high pitches and multiple gables in a safe way. All debris and nails were completely cleared. Sam was present ensuring workflow and communication throughout the project.
