We found Superior Roofing when our lake house was blasted by hail. The shingles were a special type and were not being produced by the original company. Our contact with Superior found another company that made a similar replacement but they were not producing them at that time. Our contact kept us informed as the supplier kept putting out the delivery date. Finally the shingles were delivered and Superior promptly got the shingles installed and the repair was completed. We are sure happy we found them.

Superior Roofing has now completed multiple projects for my family with all being done in a professional and timely manner. I just now had a roof replacement finished and could not be happier with the fast and professional service they provided. As a disabled Marine Veteran I would like to thank everyone at Superior for all their effort and wonderful support. The roof is fantastic and the yard is just the way it was before anyone showed up. Superior Roofing did a fantastic job on a roof patch for me. They responded promptly to come out to see the issue and arrange a time to fix the issue. While there they noticed a few more shingles were the nails were becoming loose and tacked those down to prevent any immediate issues. They are the best!

I was looking for trusted company to redo my roof. I contacted different companies. The quotes from contractors were very close. But, I appreciated Brian, my first contact with the Superior Roofing Auburn (SRA) company. The estimate was thorough and transparent without hidden costs or fees. Brian visited my house twice and addressed all my questions and concerns before finalizing the contract to redo our roof. Brian provided me with a time window to schedule the job. Finally, Brian proposed a date within the agreed window and put me in contact with Brooks from SRA who would supervise the job. Brooks did a great job supervising the job and promptly addressing any issue that raised. The flashing around the chimneys look great. I have some difficult areas on my roof: Brook's team put professional material to appropriately address those areas. Overall, the roof looks great. Brooks always addressed any of my concerns to my satisfaction. Now, I do not know how the roof will behave under heavy rains, but I believe I can count on Brian, Brooks, and their team to address any issue that may arise under heavy rains.
