If you’re looking for a roofing company, look no further! AA Roofing helped us with a whole roof replacement and they did a phenomenal job!Since this is the first time having to replace a roof, we had LOTS of question. AA Roofing answered all of our questions and was there every step of the way from start to finish.I won’t lie, a full roof replacement is very messy but don’t panic. The guys (and girl 😊) did an AMAZING job installing the new roof and the cleanup exceeded our expectations! I contacted AA Roofing to give me an estimate on a small leak I had. They set up an appointment for the next day and arrived on time. The roof was examined and it was determined that the problem had to do with an area around the chimney. The price quoted was reasonable and the job was done then. I requested pictures of the work needed and was sent before and after pictures soon after the job was completed. We have used AA Roofing for a shingled roof replacement on our primary residence as well as a repair of a leak of a metal roof in another home. Outstanding service. We had a leaking roof in our house and this company came, did the estimate and fixed everything in about couple days after. We couldn’t be happier. Yard was clean after their job and employees were extremely polite and did a great job. Roof is still great weeks after and my family is happy. Called them a few hours later and they came out the next day and repaired the roof. Did a great job. Had to have some sheetrock repaired on the inside of the house. We had a great experience using AA Roofing! They were very professional, helped guide us through the process of picking out new shingles, explained in detail the aspects and communicated with us promptly. When the day came to put on the roof, they were here on time and worked hard. Our roof took almost 2 days. The owner was on site the entire time. The clean up was amazing and they took extra care with our deck furniture and plants. We had damage on our kitchen ceiling, and the painter was very clean and did an amazing job matching our ceiling paint. We cannot express our appreciation to AA Roofing enough for their hard work. After calls to at least seven national and area roofing providers, and visits by four, my wife and I selected AA Roofing (Helena, AL) for roof repairs and gutter alignments along some tight and challenging areas of our complex roof line. We also were ready to invest in gutter covers (leaf screens) along hundreds of feet of gutter runs, some quite high. We'd almost decided we'd need to settle on two different vendors to get this work done, and to wait up to eight weeks for scheduling. But online comments on "What's Happening in Helena" suggested we contact AA Roofing, and we are so very happy we did! Our best word to describe their service is PROFESSIONAL. They arrived to evaluate our project the SAME DAY we called, delivering a written estimate that same night. Pricing was fair, and within our budget, and installation was within only a couple of days after they sourced the EXACT roofing materials to match our current choices. All work was completed in ONE DAY, and the crew arrived ON TIME. We greatly admired their attention to detail, diligent work effort, and spotless clean up. From now on, AA Roofing will be our FIRST call for all such work. What a pleasure to work with such a reliable, local service company. This company was top notch from start to finish. I called for an estimate and they were over in 15 minutes. They guided me through the process of using my home insurance to help with repairs. When I called again they were over quickly to give me an estimate which I felt was extremely reasonable. They came as soon as materials arrived and worked quickly to complete instillation. When another job fell through they bumped me to the front of the line, and I had my new roof way sooner than I expected. They even gave me drone footage of the roof before to see the damage and after to see the finished product. Throughout the process Alex was so fast to text responses and we completely avoided the “phone tag” that is a problem with so many companies. I loved that it is a family owned business. You always got more than one member coming to see you! When they were done they even cleaned up some yard debris that was in the driveway as they cleaned up the shingles.
