I was very disappointed that the communication was poor. I was told that the crew was coming, then informed they were not coming an hour later but they showed up at my home unexpectedly the next morning. They did not finish in one day as I was told that they would and clean up in my back yard was nonexistent. The crew was told to be careful in the back yard, but they left it a wreck. They left and did not communicate that they would return the following day to finish cleaning. I had to contact the initial contact to inform him that they did not finish the job as agreed upon and left without even telling me that they were gone. I also found beer cans all in my yard which indicated that they were drinking alcohol while replacing my roof. The service provided in the last 72 hours of working with this company was horrible. I would not recommend this company at this time.Service: Roof installation

Ascend Roofs was fantastic to use! We were up against it on our closing and they prioritized us, did not cut any corners, and stayed in contact with me the whole time. Their Team cleaned up nicely and the entire Team was easy to work with and communicate with. They also went above and beyond by coming out on site to meet my adjuster and even got on the phone to field questions. My roof looks great however dealing with this company concerning the invoices and payments was a headache. I was given an invoice which included upgrades and everything by the company representative only for my husband to deal with the guy in charge and be given totally different information. Mind you the guy never seemed to have any paperwork in front of him and when I explained what were told and what we were expecting he all but told me I was lying. When it comes to budgets and figures my husband is always on top of things so when we were told that he agreed to something that made absolutely no sense it really rubbed us both the wrong way. Again the roof looks great and the guys who performed the work were professional but the business side of this process was very unprofessional and disappointing.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

We had a great, positive experience! I wish all home improvement companies could be this professional, honest, and easy to work with. Lester was available by phone, text, and email any time of day and was always quick to respond. The entire process was easy and stress-free (even working with insurance). There were no hidden or surprise fees once the job was complete...which was only two days! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

By far one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Extremely professional and the most honest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Lester even came to my house during heavy rain to cover and inspect everything and remove debris--he went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT in all areas. Lester worked with the insurance company on my behalf to secure the replacement of the roof when two other companies failed. My Family experience with this company was awesome! Very professional work and we love our new roof. It took two days which was fast! They kept in contact with us through the whole process, after it was finished they inspected the roof one last time and made sure it was all done properly. I would recommend them to everyone if you have damage or just want something fresher or a new look!!

I called to get an inspection of my damaged roof and Mr. Luna was here in no time on my roof looking around, taking pictures and marking what was damaged. He helped with all the insurance hassle and when we finally got what we needed done he had a crew here and started on the work. After the first day the crew had everything cleaned up and a tarp over what roof wasn't finished before the rain started.
