I had a water damage issue and Sheila and Scott with Brookstone were amazing. They stayed in contact with me daily during the insurance debacle. Once all was cleared up they made it their personal high priority to have the work completed as quickly as possible. Sheila called every day and once the work started Scott was at my house checking on the work every day and making sure it was done right. These two are gems and definitely an asset for Brookstone! I highly recommend Brookstone Renovations. They were the absolute best! They worked closely with my insurance company and started work as soon as it was approved. The water extraction team responded to my flooded kitchen, arriving within a short time and started the process of extracting water and drying. Connie and Sheila at Brookstone were great to work with! After out house flooded, we were unsure how to proceed and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We had extensive damage from a water leak. Brookstone was the company contracted through our insurance company to remove and replace the damaged items. Throughout what ended up being a several months long process the team at Brookstone was excellent. Our kitchen had original vintage cabinets and the replacement cabinet matched beautifully. Once the project was complete the spaces looked better than before the leak. We chose to upgrade our counters and expected some additional cost for that. We were pleasantly surprised, however, with our flooring that we ended up with better floors than we had originally and stayed in budget. Our project manager, Ryan, answered our texts and calls with patience and promptness. We had never gone through a big insurance claim like this before so we had no idea what to expect. I had a window that developed a leak and ruined my wall and floor. Brookstone’s Austyn and Emily were able to get it tore out and dry out the inside wall. Project manager Ray coordinated with me to fix the actual cause of the leak, kept me updated on every step of the process repairing and even checked back in after the first hard rain to make sure that the repair had done properly. Great work and good people

I will say that I’ve probably received the best service from Brookstore than I have from anyone else in a while. Had some water damage and wasn’t sure the extent of the damage, so I contacted Brookstone. Tyler and another crew member (sorry I can’t remember her name) showed up in less than 30 minutes to check it out. Unfortunately, there was mold but they got remediation scheduled and completed quickly. Austin and Noah showed up, removed all the molded material. They were great. Answered all my questions, did an amazing job and was out.

Throughout the entire restoration phase of the project there have been multiple communication failures between the Brookstone project manager and the insurance company. I repeatedly received conflicting information from the Brookstone project manager and the insurance agent. I have been denied any proof of communication of what was actually said. I am disappointed in the lack of transparency and integrity on the part of both Brookstone and the insurance company. The quality of the work which was done is good, however the project has not been completed to my satisfaction.Since my earlier review, Brookstone Restoration continued to work with the insurance company and obtained a supplement cover the cost of the work in question.Unfortunately, the tile Brookstone installed came up around the edges in multiple areas throughout the basement. At this point I did not have faith that Brookstone would perform quality work and asked that they remove the tile and I would use my own contractor to replace the floor covering. The Brookstone team left a large amount of thinset on the basement floor, assuring me they had done their best. Brookstone did give an allowance for installation of the new flooring, however no allowance was made for the purchase of new flooring or completion of removal of the thinset.Attached images show the floor after Brookstone removed the tile, leaving a large amount of thinset.Services: Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Normally being an insurance account manager I simply assist customers with their claim and help to advise them on the steps before ctually deciding a claim. Today, however, I got to feel what it was like to be in the customers shoes. I needed a restoration company so immediately of course I call Lindsey Brown. She sent me immediately over to Sheila. Within 50 minutes of speaking to Sheila they dispatched their restoration team at my house. Justin George and Justice Brasher were not only professional, but also took their time answering each of my questions and concerns while assisting me in figure out whether or not I myself needed to make a claim. I experiencing the amazing service I did today will definitely be referring more of my customers over to Brookstone as well! Hands down pleased with them!

After dealing with a different company for almost 2 months, with no work being no performed, Brookstone restoration came in and immediately got to work finishing what should have been already done. Cody Mealer did a great job along with Mr. Bernie at catching differences in previous estimates vs. what actually needed to be done, and communicated promptly at all times. Worst customer service I've experienced. Poor response and poor communication. After weeks of trying, finally got someone to review the work that was needed and was told an estimate would be provided in the next few days. After 3 weeks of trying to get the estimate, with several email requests, no response at all. They were not at all interested.

My home flooded related to a busted pipe flooding my home. I spoke with Sheila, originally who was very knowledgeable about the steps I needed to take moving forward. She was professional, courteous, and was quick to get the mitigation team out to my home. She then connected me to my project manager, Ray, who was also amazing.
