I already had a Retrax cover on my previous Tundra. I went to Hueytown to get this one for my new Tundra, I have to say Sean did a great job on the installation. This cover works so much better than the first one, very easy to open and close, installation was very quick and Sean took time to explain how to operate the cover and all about the warranty. Had cover on for about a month now with no problems at all.

The guys are always GREAT. MY bedcover had to be ordered, but came in sooner than expected. I was able to get it put on sooner than I expected after they removed a motorized cover with a bad motor. And it was perfectly and professionally installed quicker than I expected... I had a 1pm appointment... I got there about 1230 and they were finished before 1:05.

Bought a ladder rack per Shaun's suggestion. First it didn't make the delivery truck so the original installation date was moved and I lost a half day of work from not being informed, then when he did get the ladder rack in he scheduled an installation date that was bad for me but he told me I had to make this certain date and time. I was early for the installation and he stated that the installation would take 1 hour. I went back to the store 2.5 hrs later and only one piece of the rack was installed and I asked how much longer and he stated 3 hrs. He then called me 4hrs later to tell me the rack was on and different than we had agreed on. I asked to speak to the general manager and he told he that he would talk to the general manager and I wouldn't be able to speak with him. Then hung up on me when I asked for the rack to be removed and a refund. We had to threaten to call the police to get a refund and the rack removed. He then stated they had never installed a ladder rack like I bought. Stay away!!!

Great experience. Shane the manager did an excellent job. He answered all of my questions and advised me on exactly the right running boards for my truck. The work was done in a timely manner and all the guys who made the installation did a great job. This was the first product that I have ever purchased from H&H and I will return in the future.

In a world where great Customer Service is nothing short of being a relic, it's truly gratifying to experience it on every visit to the Hueytown location. Sean and his guys are the ultimate professionals and take really good care of their customers. Sean helped me with my bed cover that I was having issues with (user error). They were pretty busy at the time, but as soon as I pulled up, he acknowledged my presence, told me he would be right with me and that's exactly what he did. Not only did he assist me with my initial problem, but he saw several other items and took care of them as well without me even asking. I won't go anywhere else, H&H Hueytown is the place to be. I had an awesome experience today at Hueytown. I had a difficult project for my SUV that no body shop, dealer or UHaul were willing to tackle. Sean at Hueytown was so happy to help, honest about the timeline of getting the hard to find product and honest with the timeline of the labor. They really set my expectations from the start and fully delivered. We could not be happier and could not recommend them enough.
