FHP sure came through for us. A leaking roof and a hidden broken pipe in a wall was a real disaster! Brett stayed within our budget and listened to what I wanted my kitchen to look like. He patiently shopped until I was happy with the choices he offered. They not only fixed the problems, but did it beautifully. Thank you Brett and crew! We had their crew out yesterday to do repairs at our home. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond. Our HOA had accidentally given us the wrong paint color. This amazing crew even went to Lowe’s and matched the paint to get the correct color. They worked til after dark making sure everything was taken care of. I’d give them 50 stars if that were an option! Highly recommend this amazing team!

Great experience! A tree fell on my house and crushed my roof and fence. The FHP team was really responsive and the roof was installed in just a weekend. They even worked with me to recommend a different color and it looks a lot better. Would definitely use again.

Chris and his crew did excellent work with my kitchen remodel and deck build. The quality of work and attention to detail was great. Chris was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to any questions I had. His tile layer Pancho did amazing work and his deck crew was very fast and efficient. We will use FHP again for any other remodels.

FHP did our two room addition to our house. Our project started slow : Signed contract by end of October 2022. FHP was able to start the project in Jan 2023!. On top of being Holiday season, lot of rainy days between Nov22 and Mar 2023, didn’t help either. We were progressing slow with slab poured and framing started. Do NOT use FHP for anything. First off, Chris Fauz kept pushing our start date back and back. Second, two days after they finished our shower tiling in our bathroom the tiles cracked and they had to send someone back out. Third, the painter Chris sent out had to come back out twice because he did a terrible job the first time. And fourth, we had tons of extra supplies and so weeks after the project was done I asked Chris if we could return the unused tiles that I had purchased for a refund and he said yes! He came and collected $320 worth of product and returned it but then ghosted me and wouldn’t give me a refund. This was 8 months ago and he still won’t return my phone calls or emails. Untrustworthy company that stole money from us and the BIGGEST headache.*** Our insurance absolutely covered a portion of it and we came out of pocket the other half. I have all the receipts. It’s ironic that this is the only way you respond.** I’m happy to hear you are seeing my 8 months of emails come through and trying to spin this into something it’s not. A quote from my email “I would love to give you a “good” review and believe you are a good reputable company, so please follow through with what you said you’d do”….. Im not holding anyone hostage, I just expect you to follow through with what you said you’d do and pay me back for all of the product you took from my house. And as you can read above, the service was not “great”. Your team had to come back out multiple times to fix their work.I paid you over $5000 so when you say “free work” I’m not sure what you are referring to? What exactly was free on my end?I was very patient and kind with you and your entire team. I never ever leave reviews and believe people are generally good but when you have a company lie to you, ghost you, and steal product from your house a review is warranted to help warn other customers. FHP did a fantastic job. I was having a terrible time trying to get contractors to come look at the job. One call to FHP and within a day I had someone on the way to look at it. A day later Jennifer my project manager was on the phone letting me know the plan 2 days later the work was done. So easy to deal with and exactly the amount the insurance appraisal said it would be. The project manager at FHP organized and took care of repairs we suffered from a Tornado in March! The team was amazing - the repairs so good - the roof was repaired along with the gutters! The clean up team was great and so thoughtful! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jennifer Redden our project manager- she was there the day after and walked alongside us the entire process. Her attention to detail and personal attention to my family was a rare thing this day and age. I’m so thankful we trusted her with our job and so grateful for a job well done.

The owner is a professional, Christian guy who will work diligently to make sure the work is done to satisfaction. FHP was referred to us by our insurance company to repair our carport roof and the drywall ceiling in our shed after a tree fell on it. We had some miscommunication and issues with materials (our carport roof was made of cedar and that was a little difficult to obtain) but Jenny the project manager, Roy (roofing company owner), and the rest of FHP worked hard and fast to resolve the issues and got our repairs done right and fast. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. My job started with some insurance work on my barn roof, the result of a tree falling on the roof. The company didn’t estimate materials correctly. They were going to replace my copper flashing on my house with something subpar until I intervened and even then they sent raw material that could not be applied. Eventually after much conversation they sent a professional(not associated with FHP) to do the work. Workers were drinking on the job evidenced by beer bottles concealed in work gloves found on top of the roof. A one week job turned into over a month. The project manager was absent from the job unless I strongly insisted he come. Workers were sent without advance notice. At the beginning of the job I requested a text if workers were coming. They removed 3 skylights from inside my house and left ugly, gaping holes covered only by the roofing material and plywood. I had contracted with FHP to do a substantial remodel to 4 rooms in my house. This process was started in July. Although no work was done inside my house. I requested the job be finished by the end of October. They continued to have meetings with me and give estimates for work to be done. Today, February 26, 2019, with 3 gaping holes in my ceiling, the owner of the company called and said they would not be completing the job. This review does not state every problem I had with this company. There is just not enough space to elaborate. Please beware if you are thinking about using this company.
