From the first time I walked in to get a B&W hitch, I was at home thinking this small little spot Inpass by every day is a secret truck superstore that wasn’t really a secret. Phillip mentioned they do pretty much everything that deals with truck accessories and I wanted more. Came back for a set of Putco tailgate strip lights and had them installed. Once an issue was found it was taken care of almost immediately. I’ll be back. Highly recommend.

Phillip and his crew got on installing the trailer hit that I purchased as soon as I arrived, He had 3 guys working on it and the time it took was a miracle, I was expecting to be there about 4 hours and was only there about 2..I will be back there to purchase other items for my house or car..H&H is Awesome..5 Stars

I bought a carport from H&H and had it installed all at the cost of $6,000. H&H went against the City of Gardendale's law that states the contractor/installer is responsible for pulling a permit prior to this type of work being completed within the city limits. The city slapped a do not use sign on it because it was installed too close to the property line.If they had pulled a permit which the law required them to do, which I would have gladly paid for, the whole problem of me losing so much money could have been avoided. After two years of it sitting their not being used, I have had it taken down.I'm not sure how the public feels about losing this kind of money but I can tell you it stings pretty bad.I contacted the manager to see if he would kindly check with the owner and see if he would consider taking it down and give me SOME KIND OF REFUND. I wasn't looking for much. Just some kind of consolation as they could have resold it as there was nothing wrong with it. Well do you think they went to the huge trouble of calling me back. NAH, there was no return of my call. This is not good and neighborly customer service.Oh and this wasn't my first purchase from H&H. I have done a sizable amount of business with them: $600 truck box, $200 fancy 3 WAY truck hitch and a $2000 trailer.Yeah, what a nice way to work with your customers THAT HAVE BEEN LOYAL TO YOU.SO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

The topper itself is high quality, the paint job is a perfect match and it looks absolutely stunning on my new truck!But, being honest, I was pretty disappointed that they left the dust from the mounting and didn't wash the topper when they were done with it... With the price I paid, I kind of expected a little more "service", if you will. Might seem petty, but that's my opinion.

The gentleman at the Gardendale location was very professional and knowledgeable of all the items that I was interested in purchasing. I appreciated his knowledge of the products and his straightforwardness when it came to the recommendations that he had for my truck.When the items that I purchased came in, actually earlier than I expected, there was no hesitation in setting up an installation date and time so that I can enjoy the products that I had purchased. After the accessories were installed I was shown how to properly operate and shown what I needed to do to extend the life of the items for my truck. This is why I have purchased other items from this location and will continue to do so.

The entire staff were amazing. I ordered a bed cover for my truck. Said it would be in in 2 weeks was here in 1 week. Scheduled installation said it should take about an hour took maybe 20 minutes. Everyone was polite and very professional. I will be back.
