Jon Berry /Boxwood Roofing just completed a reroofing project at our home. In all of my years of home ownership I've never had a better experience with a contractor. In ONE day, his crew removed the old shingles, installed OSB andreroofed my home and three outbuildings. The quality of work is amazing AND my yard looked better than when they arrived. The most organised,efficient and professional job I've ever seen. I can't say enough good things about these folks. --- Also -- Will Kimbrough of JWK Painting repaired and painted the ceilings in our living and dining room - damage caused by the previous leaks. Again- the best repair and paint job ever - finished the entire job in 1 1/2 days. Nathan & his crew got our old roof/shingles removed & the new one installed all within one day. Plus fixing the MANY soft spots we had 😅. I have been working with Nathan Riggins at Boxwood on getting a roof completed. What a Gem Nathan has been. The insurance was trying to get out of paying for an entire roof and Nathan went to work on my behalf. It took a while but Nathan ultimately got them to pay for the roof. They came out did the roof and Nathan again went above and beyond and took care of some issues from a previous roofing job from a different company. He kept me will informed throughout the process answered any questions or concerns I had. Nathan stands by his word. He provides customer service the way it should be done. We were about to sell our home and needed a new roof. Estimates were about the same but settled on Boxwood due to perceived trust and honesty and as I found out later, that perception was spot on. Jon (Boxwood) did his best to work me in as soon as he could. Communication throughout the process, and afterwards, was more than I could have asked for. His crew literally worked from daylight to dark and I could not have been more pleased with the quality as well as the TOTAL clean-up process. Would I use them again, absolutely!6/30/23- Adding a revision or rather an update, for my 2nd experience. My mom recently needed a new roof due to some storm damage. She got a couple of estimates, in addition to Boxwood. Naturally they were my recommendation and that along with the competitive estimate swayed her to use them. She wasn't disappointed. The Boxwood crew did a excellent job on our house and detached garage. They worked with our insurance company to replace our roofs which had hail damage. I was most impressed when I asked the guys to protect a rose bush that had belonged to my late Mother.....I don't think a leaf is missing! They cleaned up so well, that when my husband arrived from work, he said that if he didn't know we had a new roof he would have never known they had been here. We used Boxwood to replace our aged roof. Their quote was within the range of the others we received, but I knew this company would put on a quality roof professionally. We were also doing construction and they worked with our construction schedule. They completed the whole house in less than two days. The crew worked from 7 am to 8 pm and were finished by noon the next day. Jon followed up immediately after to inspect. Jon's communication throughout the process was excellence. They TOTALLY cleaned-up everything. Another plus is that he did not require a down-payment. I paid when the job was finished. We are very pleased and will recommend him to everyone. Boxwood Roofing installed a new roof on my house recently and they did an awesome job. John (the owner) was at my house to walk the roof with the insurance adjuster and was here everyday checking on things while his guys were installing the new roof. They cleaned up everyday when they were finished and I have found zero nails since they finished the job. Unlike most contractors I didn't have to pick up one water bottle, soda can or cigarette butt when they were done. This is a great company to work with and I will absolutely recommend them to any of my friends needing a roof. Google needs to add a 6th star for companies like Boxwood Roofing. Great Job.

I already knew I needed a new roof and had gotten a good quote from Jon; I was saving up for it a few months down the road. But when rainwater came pouring into the house through a ceiling vent, Jon came out right away (on his own time) and put a tarp over the bad section of roof to save me from further damage. He was able to schedule the installation of the new roof within a week or two after that. Jon and his crew were efficient and professional; I couldn't have asked for a better experience with getting a new roof for my house. Also the architectural shingles look great!

I tried several other firms and I became distrustful of all firms, so I was careful with Boxwood. But they came recommended by someone I trusted a little more. I was glad I did. They were honest and didn't try to low ball upfront. They gave price options based on value and work level of quality. They went above the call and did all they could to resolve the roof issues to high quality!! For me, I was very satisfied and will trust to call them again. Give them a try and don't try to get something for nothing 😁. I will followup if/when after service is needed to share opinion. Roof and Attic Service was in 2019.

I was referred to Nathan Riggins at Boxwood Roofing and Restoration after SEVERAL attempts to get my roof repaired. Unlike most of my roofing contacts, his call back was instant -and clear about what to expect, and the timing of repair after the work was reviewed; he was on site within a day of the call ( -and I'm in a different city!). Nathan explained the mechanics of the roofing structure to be installed -AND the insurance navigation process. He has experience from all over the country in this industry -and even Central America! ...Probably not going to find a better source to guide you through transactions like these.The crew(!)... Wow ...what can you say about the crew other than ...miraculous; ...arrived early ...departed late -all to insure we were dry for the storm to come that night. ...Rarely see a crew work with this level of coordination -AND work so hard. Trust me, my roof is high, steep with plenty of valleys; they would NEVER have finished this roof before the storm if they didn't have the skill demonstrated during this job. ...Amazing. ...Beautiful result. ...Can't recommend them enough. Jon Berry was honest, up-front, and answered all my questions from the very beginning. He explained the entire process the first time he stopped by to provide the estimate. He also worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure all expenses were covered. Any time I had a question He was prompt to answer. And the crew that did the installation worked extremely hard in very hot temps and did an outstanding job. They also did a good job of cleaning up, and Jon personally did a "nail sweep" around my yard. Would definitely use Boxwood Roofing again!

I only give out 5 star reviews when an experience blows me out of the water, and this is no exception. As new homeowners we discovered a leak coming from improperly installed flashing on our chimney, and felt wary of letting anyone touch it again after it had been missed by inspectors and the original roofing company. Jon carved time out of his schedule to meet with us before we needed to leave town, and we were able to enjoy our trip confident it was left in good hands.When we returned and learned that the chimney itself was in need of additional repair, Jon went above and beyond to work alongside us in quickly finding a reputable mason able to work at a fair price point. He did a superb job at an excellent price, sure, but it’s all of the extra time and care and responsibility he has taken in this job that has earned us as customers for life for this and any other job we can think of for him.A truly honest and good man running an exceptional business, and a competent, thorough roofer as a plus!
