Love the roof! The crew arrived at lunch time, right when they were expected. I thought for sure it would take two days but it didn’t! They worked like a well oiled machine to remove my old roof and replace it with the new. They only spoke Spanish, so google translate was my friend.Pros: fast, efficient, quality, professional workCons: just one. I wish they had cleaned my back porch as well as they got the rest of the house. They did an amazing job on my roof. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The price was not cheap but it is worth it 100 percent and they work with you to find the right price just for you😎. These guys are legit from the beginning to the end. Kristian Bowling was the sales representative and he did a great job explaining in his presentation and the whole team did great at communicating and answering all the questions I had and Bill Boilard did a great job in communicating and answering my questions as well. They were very professional and patient with me all the way through the process. When the team was done installing my roof, they cleaned up after themselves. It was like they were never there😁😎. Sales staff, Garrett and Ted, was very professional. Their presentation was extremely thorough and informative. Bill tye installer called with an installation date weeks before I expected it. Despite a major thunderstorms, the install crew did their job very quickly and thoroughly and worked right up to dark. Clean up took a second visit to get the rest of nails and debry. They also did an excellent job describing the different options that provide and were willing to work towards a payment plan that is comfortable. Our new roof looks fantastic with our house. Erie did a great job. This roof is a far cry from what we previously had. My reaction with the previously installed roof was an instant DISLIKE. However, my first reaction with this roof was an instant SATISFACTION!!I told Cody the salesman I truly had no intention of buying a new roof. But after Cody's presentation and deliverance of the materials they were using as well as showing me first hand what was happening to our current roof and the type of damage being done I acquiesced and made the decision to replace our roof. I just wanted to take some time to say how grateful we were to have Kristian and Cesar come out to our home. They were on time, incredibly polite, professional and authentic. They did not try to hard sell us anything. My husband and I are both proficient in doing our own home projects and are aware of traditional products, construction and labor. I am also a local Realtor, so I know having a high quality product is important in homeownership. That being said, we were so impressed with the product, and for the quality were absolutely fine with the price. It is more than your standard tar shingle, but it is 3x as thick, has a great reflective underbelly that won't tear when punctured by nails... I mean we were extremely impressed with it. Unfortunately, it is just not in our budget at this time, and Kristian and Cesar were understanding and I will be excited to call them back when it is in our budget! THANKS GUYS!!!

They were scheduled to come out on Saturday however around the time that they were supposed to show up they called saying that they were delayed at another job and that they would be here tomorrow. When they showed up they got to work quickly and finished in one day. communication was wonderful. The whole experience was amazing from the tearoff to replacing bad decking to putting on my new fabulous looking shingles. it's definitely very pricey but we found a middle ground where we could do monthly payments on a budget that would work for us. A few months ago I had a new roof installed by Erie home roofing. I was told at the time that the financing company they used usually sends the first statement anywhere from 60-90 days from the installation. Instead of receiving a billing statement from the lender, I received a letter from a debt collector, acting on behalf of Erie, threatening to put a lien on my home if I did not pay them the full balance within 3 days. I spoke to someone at ie who informed me that due to their mistake, the lender had decided, without notice to me, had decided to back out of the lending agreement. After the initial phone call neither Erie nor their debt collector has returned my calls or addresses my dispute. Today I received a second letter stating that Erie has in fact put a lien on my home. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They are extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy.Update: To further prove my point, in the comment below from an Erie representative, they gave out the phone number of an entirely different business.Service: Roof installation
