Mike and Rodney were absolutely great to work with. Got me a quote on soffit repair super quick. Had a crew out the very next day. The crew was super friendly and extremely knowledgable. They were in and out fast and the job they did looks amazing. They answered all my questions, checked on other areas of concern but didnt try to upsell or pressure me into anything. Will definatly be using Helpful Roofing in the future.

I noticed I had a brown spot on my ceiling after a few hard rains so I began looking for a quality company that would shoot me straight and give me a fair deal. I called and spoke to Rodney Couch the sales representative and he came out and did an in person inspection and consult. He told me what I needed and what to expect. The owner Michael McCollum called me and spoke to me like he was a part of my family. Let me just say that these two men were some of the most professional people I’ve ever dealt with. They provide a quality product at an amazing price. It didn’t end there. They both reached out to me to ensure I was happy with the work done throughout the project and afterwards to ensure there were no more problems. I would recommend this company to any of my friend and family and to anyone seeking roof replacement. I couldn’t be happier with the turnout of my roof and the follow up to ensure my satisfaction. If I could I would give them 10 stars. Thank you Rodney and Michael for being the example of what a professional business looks like.
