I had Dexter. He was very helpful and honest. I had requested to get a technician that can take a look at the attic fans and unfortunately Dexter was not confident in his ability to help in this area. He was honest with me about it which does matter to me! He had great customer service recommended some additional items to buy, when I wasn’t sure about the purchase he quoted the items for me and emailed it to me. He was very professional. I was most appreciative about the fact that he allowed my son to follow him and watch him work on the AC unit. He was extremely kind and these kind of technicians is why I use your company! By questions were not all answered but superb customer service is most important to me!

Joe had excellent customer service.. He did try and help resolve my issue. Joe was able to find the leak in the unit. My compressor went out in my unit. Joe did recommend a new unit. I was given a prices for both a new compressor and quotes a price for a new unit. Joe was exceptional in explaining my options. Chad was called in and gave me a more detailed explanation of what my choices is..

Blake was very courteous and thorough. He discussed our check-up with us We are always well pleased with the techs you send us.We are treated with care and concern and corrections are made quickly. Also Jeff Lenoir who came last year moved the I-Wave to make it more efficient. He said he made it like he had it at his house. We also have the UV light so we are pleased with the air quality now. Great products and great service. We are treated like family. Thank you for everything.

Jeff did an outstanding job! I appreciated the effort he provided to do the annual maintenance on our tankless water heater. Friendly, Professional, and very easy to talk/work with. Phone communications were all professional and I got a prompt appointment for my burst copper pipe, which was great. The technician arrived on time, but found he had no correct size fitting. My pipe was either non standard plumbing or expanded from the freezing. The technician left saying he was going to Home Depot to look for a correct size fitting and call some of the other technicians.Three hours went by with no communication. I reached out through text and call with no response. I called the office and got a prompt response from another individual. He said he would check into what was going on and get back to me. He never called back. This was late afternoon on a Friday and I explained all I needed was an update so I knew how to proceed. A call back stating "We currently do not have a solution to your problem" would have been adequate. We were on our third day without water and I was left without any communication at the end of business hours on a Friday if anyone was even still working on my behalf to solve the problem. I am not frustrated at not being able to fix the problem, especially if pipe was non standard. I am only upset at being left without any communication especially before a weekend.

Called about our heat pump not running. A technician arrived within a couple of hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. 15minutes later the unit was back up and running perfectly.The technician ( Kristopher) was very polite and explained exactly what went wrong.Very nice and knowledgeable young manThanks to AirNow for the fast and effective service .. They were on time and very professional. They went straight to the problem and didn't waste my time or my money. I had to replace my ac unit. From the initial beginning of my contact with Shane everything was easy breezy. This was not my first dealings with AirNow as they have always been outstanding and considerate of my time and my pockets. You can be young, elderly and a female and they will not try to beat you. I love their honesty and their ability to work with integrity. They have great contractors who appear to be honest and drug free. I loved my experience with AirNow each time I've hired them. I am VERY appreciative to Shane and the young men who did the actual work. Very fast, professional, and clean. Every step they took it was explained as they walked me through it. Patrick did a great job checking both of our HVAC units. He was very thorough with and knowledgeable about the systems. Additionally, he was very courteous. He spoke with my husband, David, telling him about the umbrella type plan you have that provides maintenance service similar to the HVAC inspections we receive twice a year at no extra cost except for any necessary parts. We look forward to his next inspection visit. We have been with Air Now for over 20 years. They are great and very responsive even on a Sunday night when our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of summer. They had someone out in less than hour. We highly recommend Air Now!
