A representative of Tino’s Roofing contacted us and informed us that they had replaced several roofs in our small neighborhood due to wind and hail damage and asked if we were interested in having a free roof inspection. They were very professional but I was a bit suspicious since I was not familiar with the company. Long story short, they came out right on time in October, gave me their estimate and said that they thought I had significant hail damage. It turns out that afteran inspection my insurance company agreed with their opinion and agreed to replace the roof. The insurance estimate was less than $100 different from xTino’s so there was no haggling over price.Ernesto Contreras was as helpful and professional as he could be during the entire claims process and roof replacement and his crew completed the work, cleaned up completely and were gone in one day. There were as many as six professional roofers on the very steep roof at the same time. This was a “no nonsense” crew that put their heads down and went to work until it was done.Good job Gentlemen! They did my roof yesterday. They were professional and finished it that day. They also had the best price compared the the "brothers" and all the other roofers in the area as well. You must use this company when needing any roofing work done.

Let me start by saying I was married to a Roofer for 20years! That being said I chose wisely. Thanking Tino's for my beautiful roof. They did an awesome job. They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job! I told them I'd give a review after a heavy rain. The roof I chose was metal and jn the color to match my shutters! These guys are awesome, I watched them work it only took one day. They were prepared. ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YA'LL! GREAT JOB AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. NO MESS! NEED A ROOF CALL TINO'S YOU WANT REGRET IT! THANKS TINO'S BY THE WAY I LOVE IT WHEN IT RAINS. I've had family members and others asking who did my roof job! TINO'S!

They agreed to do something they were clearly not qualified to do. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. A job that should have taken max 1 week took almost 2 months because they got paid and then didn’t want to finish.

Please don't use this company. I tried to look past the reviews and work with them because they seemed very nice. DON'T BE FOOLED. THEY DID WORK ON SEVERAL HOUSE IN MY SUBDIVISION IN SLIDELL BUT TRUST ME AFTER SPEAKIMG WITH MY NEIGHBORS THEY WILL NEVER BE ALLOWED BACK TO OUR SUBDIVISION AFTER A STORE. They did a roof replacement and was only worried about being paid. They took 4 days total to finish my job bc the didn't have enough materials and Memorial Day. Then they put new shingles over a part of my roof that was damaged and refused to give me shingles or the name of the place to buy them to have my roof fixed properly. They just stopped communicating with us completely. Just as another person stated. Please yourself a favor and leave this company alone. Pay the full price somewhere else, don't fall for the referral, absolutely the worse purchase I have made on this property to date. I hope they just stop doing business instead of doing horrible jobs. There are thousands of roofers that do amazing jobs. Do your research and not use this company!!!!! MONEY HUNGRY IS WHAT THEY ARE. Tino has a son named Tino as well, that is very rude and unprofessional. He promised to finish and never shows up!!! He never text or call to let you know he's not coming. My husband and I are not only out of $1250, we also missed time from work, because of promised work. He also left all his trash on my yard. My husband and I had to clean it all up. We were docked with pay and that is not okay. He told me I was rude for calling his father which is the company. It's the number on the contract apparently!!!!! I'm so upset and displeased!! I pray that they will do better. But they will see my husband and I in small claims court!!!!!!!

By far the most unprofessional people I’ve ever seen they came out to do work on my roof at 7am didn’t knock or let me know they would be there then when they left at 5 pm they left their trailer hitch and materials all over my front yard blocking my vehicle in my garage when I called them the guy laughed at me asking me when did I get him of course I responded by telling him that I had been home all day then he asked me what happened to the man I had living their a month ago (my kids father by the way who I am divorced from) I was appalled and asked him what that had to do with him removing his equipment from blocking my garage but the way he asked me that really scared me being a single mother with two small babies an hour later I had my kids dad call hoping maybe a guys voice would make a difference still no one came when I asked him to call again the man answered and hung up in his face so I called and he hung up in my face to! Even my overnight maintenance man from the company I rent my house from said they ignored his calls I called the police which I was told unfortunately they couldn’t really do anything unless this guy harassed me so the next morning my kids dad called me to tell me they had called him back at 1:30 am but of course he didn’t answer because he goes to work at 6am every morning but I did remember hearing loud racket around that time of the morning so I looked outside and apparently they came back in the middle of the night to remove everything I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone!! Never have I dealt with such rude unprofessional people!

This is a horrible company!!!! They are fast but take way to many short cuts in the work they do! And are very disrespectful and have no clue as to what customer service is!! Also LOOK for them to be DRUNK on the job!
