After waiting 3 weeks for them to measure for new outside doors they never showed up. Called them today and they said they were too busy and would not be coming out to measure. I would have been ok with that but they never called to let me know. Poor customer service. Called Lowe’s they are coming out tomorrow.

This is an excellent hardware store and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only reason for the 4 star is because they aren't open on Saturdays.
