Jeff was recommended by the manager at the Shell station at exit 57, I 65 south. We hit an object in the highway, but were able to drive slowly the 1 mile to the exit. The young man managing the station gave us Jeff’s card, and he was there in 20 minutes to help us. He diagnosed the problem quickly and took care of us so that we were able to continue our journey within a mere hour and a half. Jeff was not only prompt, but courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. Would highly recommend Jeff to anyone with car trouble in that general vicinity. He was literally a Godsend, as AAA would have sent someone from Pensacola to take us back there for repairs, requiring hours and additional expense.

Absolutely the best….after trying the only w other places on Easter Sunday…Jeff and his son Jonathan came out quick thought we fixed the issue..got 20 more miles and found out we didn’t….jeff sent his son right back out to get me rollin….1999 w900l with a 12 wide 150,000lb oversized load ….dont even bother calling anyone else…honest, fair priced and quality service…thank you Jeff &jonothan

My rental car tire popped and it came with no spare. So I looked up tire repair shops near me and this was one of the first ones that appeared. Called them up and explained everything to him. On our way home from Destin we ran over something in the highway that flattened two tires. We called Jeff and he responded quickly. Upon removal of both the tires and discovering that neither of them could be repaired, he immediately left to locate two new tires for us saying that it might take him a while to get them back to us. He returned quicker than we expected, put the new tires on and had us on our way. Jeff was very professional and very reasonable in his cost. Hi, Jeff. Thanks again for AWESOME service and at 2:00 in the morning. To all out there: We were on Interstate 65 about 90 minutes from home and 4 hours from the Atlanta airport. The tire pressure alarm came on so we pulled off at a truck stop in the wee hours of the morning. The valve stem on the tire snapped off and the tire was instantly flat. Our new Toyota Prius has a tire repair kit, but no spare. The folks at the truck stop were very helpful and kind. They gave us Jeff's phone number at Quality Roadside Tire Auto & Diesel Repair. I could tell I woke Jeff up at 2 AM, but he was professional and kind. He said he would be there in about 30 minutes. He was there in 25. He pulled up in a truck rig that had everything needed to BUILD a car or truck. He had to take the tire off the car, separate the tire from the rim, replace the broken valve stem, remount the tire on the rim and put the wheel back on the car. Jeff, as his shirt read was really fast to come to the service call (ON THANKSGIVING!!) took care of me so that I could keep running. I really do appreciate him and what he did.
