Was out and about early on a Saturday. Looking for a pet barrier, as the pet Lab was suddenly escaping the yard. Needed a new piece of lattice to cover the "escape hatch"! Roanoke Ace Home Center was open and ready to help me. They helped me get the best price on the needed piece. Also carried it to the car for me, loaded it right in and I was on my way before 8:30am! Great experience, wonderful customer service! Thank you!

While building our home we asked for quotes from several of the area building supply places and received a quote from Jason Pike at the Roanoke Ace Home Center very quickly and the others either didn't bother to submit or just had the whole quote wrong. After talking with Jason we knew that Ace was the place we wanted to do business with. Jason is on top of everything and makes you feel like you are his only customer even on his day off he was ready to help.I can't tell you the last time I have ever experienced the kind of service that Jason Pike and his staff offered. You will not be disappointed in choosing the Roanoke Ace Home Center!

Was greeted and asked if they could help me as soon as I walked in the door. Very friendly staff ! The store is clean and well lit. Easy to move through the aisles. They even loaded my purchase in my vehicle for me. Highly recommend this store!
