He went above and beyond to make us feel at home and answer any questions we had about our equipment and the industry. They will have our Busniess from now on. I just wanted to give a shout out to Cody and Jonathan!!! These guys have been a true blessing to me! I recently purchased a mini pro max skid and this thing is a beast.After purchasing the skid I decided to take there 1 day training. so I drove all the way from Oregon!! A ten day trip there and back. Sounds crazy... I know lol But let me tell ya it was well worth the drive. I left the class feeling confident and well educated. I highly recommend there equipment and training. May the Lord Jesus bless these guys and there business .

Major Major shout out to SESW!!I am 3mo into this business and quit my job two months ago to do this full time.I ordered a variety pack and ball valve as you can see in pic from SESW I received my variety pack but I got all southern swag and no swivel. I Was not too concerned as I heard great things from sesw I was more worried about the swivel not so much the variety pack as I was surprised with the product I knew I’d order again. I contacted SESW and was told to speak with Ty dukes, he did not hesitate to help me he was kind and friendly I was truly amazed as how he seemed eager to help despite of me being a new customer and only spent a few hundred dollars. (Most companies) don’t really go out of there way unless you spend thousands. I got my variety pack AND another swivel, I contacted Ty today and was ready to ship the swivel back and he told me don’t worry about it he’s happy to help.As most of you know starting from the bottom with a tight budget is not easy and me personally I feel like they gained a customer for life. It’s the small things like this that go along way for me. They did not have to resend my whole order they could just have found out why i didn’t receive me swivel and call it a day.Because of you Ty I’m going to pass the generosity forward and help a customer in need with a free driveway wash.I could care less of the few hundred it’s the morals of taking care of your customers and making sure they are happy.If I knew what I know now when I first started I would not have wasted time in other companies and dealt with SESW only. Starting up you really only need a good surfactant from SESW and SH! I also wash RVs big rigs with this surfactant and I’m telling you it SHINES. one gallon alone will go along way in the Carwash game.Bottom are some before and after to get n idea in what I’m talking about.Salute TY and the SESW TEAM!!

I’d like to start by saying that Cody, Jonathan and the entire team are at SESW are truly amazing people. 1st class service. They put out AMAZING products. And they look better in person lol. I’ve been washing 2 years now and i still learned something valuable in the training class.. Cody is great dude and i can’t say enough good things about him. I don’t Advise doing this but i bought equipment and life happened and i stayed in Contact with SESW and they where extremely understanding and where able to hold onto my equipment longer than expected. I bought a smart blend manifold system from them. The shipping was super fast and was packaged very securely. With the system it self you can really see it’s a quality built product. Beware!! Another update!! They lied on their response. I keep my trailor in a garage. I used it a half dozen times. So my hose wheel broke and stand cracked because of temperature!? Goes to show what liars they are. Majority of their 5 star reviews are fake as they buy them. BEWARE!! (UPDATE!) These liars called me again to upsell me on Nov.14th. Bought a 15k softwash system 1 year ago. I used it a half dozen times as life preventing me from starting my business. Since day 1 I had problems. The hose real seals went. The hosemount bracket cracked. The garbage 3 way distributing sytem was defective from the start. I had to fight to get a new part. They discontinued my system shortly after purchase. A replacement, new version of distributor is $1,100!! I built my own as I had cracks in 2 elbows. Guess that's why they discontinued it. I just got a call today from them asking how my system was working. 1 year after. How about a call 3 weeks after purchase to ask! All he wanted was to upsell me. I gave him a earful and he hung up. Great customer service. If you call them, no one answers. If they do they act like you are bothering them. Don't believe all the 5 star reviews as some are fake.

Never met a more dependable, reliable, professional and more personal group of guys then Southeast Softwash. Not only did they drive to Fort Myers to help us start all over, they actually prayed for my family to keep moving forward in this horrible situation we were in. He complains about online “keyboard warriors” but he himself is a keyboard warrior. Kind of shows his level of intelligence. Plenty of other soft washing vendors out there actually treat their customers with respect.

Man, what can I say about this company other than the fact that they are absolutely on top of their game when it comes to customer service and quality of product. Both Coty and Jonathan are both always so helpful when I have an issue with a Aquidneck Fore need parts and I need them fast. You won’t ever catch me slinging another companies chems on a job either. Just wanted to stop in and leave a few thoughts on what I came to know about this company. Southeast Softwash is by far the best company I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with lots over the years. I just came across this company only a couple of months ago. I was looking around on YouTube one day and stumbled across one of Cody's soft-washing videos. I liked it so much I dug a little further and found this website. Everything I've seen so far out of them most definitely tops the rest, no question. From their knowledge, the way Cody teaches, their products, shipping system, and customer service, you won't find a better company in my opinion. Anyway so glad I found this company and It's the only one I'll ever use when it comes to my soft washing needs.

What a mistake calling or ever doing any business with this company. The team at SESW are seriously incompetent. They lack tact, ability to follow up with any issues and sell products that require additional fabrications for the systems to run smooth. First and foremost, the lack of intellectual intelligence by the owner who believes he’s the “best in the world” is only able to shout obscenities when given diplomatic constructive criticism. He doesn’t know how to resolve minor issues. My take is to take my business somewhere else. I highly doubt this company can sustain itself much longer with the treatment I received. I absolutely abhor this company and there are likely no words to further describe my disdain.

I low key really hope no one in my city gets this equipment. This is by far the best piece of equipment for softwashing and pressure washing you can buy. It pays itself off quickly and it’s great for a high dollar side hustle. I’ve made friends thru the training course. Cody, Jonathan, Shawn, and Dusty are just overflowing with knowledge on how to get an edge in your city. They can point you in the right direction. The equipment is EXTREMELY easy to work on. Every issue I’ve had so far was fixed in a matter of minutes. A total of $25 so far bc I lost out wand tip. You won’t regret the purchase. TRUST ME!
