I chose Sunnbuilders to replace our roof with a brand new Fortified roof and I am so glad we did! Kevin, the salesman, was amazing to work with - from discussing the work that needed to be done to choosing our new fancy shingle color! He was always prompt, on time and responsive to my questions or concerns! Sunnbuilders got me on their work schedule as promptly as they could, and began work on the dates that they promised! They arrived at 630AM and the amazing crew worked all day, wrapping up our roof replacement in one day! Nathan, the owner, was also very kind and amazing to work with and talk to - I needed some rotted wood replaced and he was very prompt on that and had my house fixed up quickly and my worries were finally washed away! Jenn in the office was also a delight and very friendly when she called to update us on our roofs progress! Sunnbuilders also replaced my flat roof on my carport and attached sunroom, which is beautiful as well! Our family now feels at ease with this gorgeous roof over our heads - and by the way, the shingle color is Burnt Sienna CertainTeed Architectural shingles! Our new roof looks so good that we are now planning other projects like exterior paint to really make this house finally BEAUTIFUL!!! THANK YOU to everyone at Sunnbuilders - we couldn't have done this without yall! Everyone on their team and crews work hard and do an amazing job!

Than Alex came to over see this project, handle materials an handle any issues. Chris came with the roof crew on schedule. Alex returned to over see final product ,an to insure cleanliness. I contacted SunnBuilders about an estimate to replace my “Katrina” roof. Nathan contacted me to arrange for an estimate. He was on time for the appointment, explained the process, sent me an itemized estimate, answered any questions I had, and even installed my new roof on the date he said he would. I have a good sized roof with some decking replacement and ridge vents that they added. His crew showed up about 6:30am and were finished and cleaned up by 1:00pm. They were efficient, punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. Since COVID, it has been near impossible to find a true professional contractor that you can count on to do the job. I found Nathan and SunnBuilders to be an exception to this dilemma. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing a roof. For the record, I had never met Nathan or done business with SunnBuilders before this experience. My roof was installed yesterday, 4/4/2022. The storms are moving in today and I have no leaks. From the very start with Kevin Keith we were very happy with our overall experience with Sunnbuilders. Kevin came to our home and had a personal consultation and reviewed our bid, including our other bids. he went above an beyond to answer our questions and provide the information needed to make a decision. The work crew was on time and actually finished in 1 day instead of 2 due to impending rain. There was a couple of places that were damaged during the demo process, however, those repairs were completed ASAP and completed to 100% correct standards. I highly recommend SunnBuilders and sales rep, Kevin Keith! They installed a new fortified architectural shingle roof on my house in Mobile, and a new fortified metal roof on my house on Dauphin Island. (Got discounts on insurance for these fortified roofs.) Their workers are professional, they do quality work, they knock out the job in a day or two, and they clean the site so well afterwards that nothing is left behind - no nails, no debris. I have a fortified roof that was placed by Sunnbuilders, September 2019. When they placed my roof on, I got a nail in my tire from a roofing tack, they sent me to a tire place in Saraland to have the tire on my vehicle replaced and sent out one of their roofers to go over my yard again to check for missed tacking nails.
