Be Happy Property Service in Anchorage AK is a dishonest company. My realtor received quote to install 4 CO/smoke detectors, 7 GFCI outlets and fix a minor leak in copper pipe in crawlspace. I reside in Georgia and was selling my deceased fathers townhouse there and relied heavily on my realtor to help me find a company to make the requested VA repairs. We were quoted approximately $500 in parts and labor and told it would take about 2 1/2 hours to complete with the first hour being $185 and $125 after. Realtor forwarded the invoice to me today and I was gob smacked. The bill came to $1085.40 with 4 1/2 hour labor charge. Parts were $426.37 and $659.07 in labor. Realtor called Be Happy back about the amount and spoke to accountant and said accountant was not happy that we had been quoted a time, parts, or repair cost estimate. Realtor stated she will never use Be Happy Property Services ever again.Services: Repair water fixtures, Home maintenance & repairs, Electrical work

I am absolutely appalled by the disgusting behavior I witnessed from two “Be Happy” employees while picking up dinner on Government Hill. Not only did they thoughtlessly park their company truck in a manner that blocked other road users, they showed a shocking lack of basic human decency.A hapless individual, attempting to navigate around their recklessly placed vehicle, was subjected to verbal abuse, intimidation, and subsequent mockery from these representatives of the “Be Happy” company. Rather than assisting or showing remorse for the inconvenience caused, they chose to heighten the distress with their unprofessional and rude behavior.The company name “Be Happy” seems to be nothing more than a cruel joke when compared to the actions of these employees. Their enjoyment seemed to stem not from creating a positive environment, as one would expect from the company's name, but from being ill-mannered, boorish, and generally repulsive. This incident has certainly left a sour impression of “Be Happy” in my mind.

During my regular dog walk on Government Hill, I had an unfortunate opportunity to observe two employees from 'Be Happy' engage in unprofessional conduct. The individual's vehicle they were interacting with was obstructed by a Be Happy truck, making maneuvering difficult.Regrettably, these employees didn't limit their actions to causing inconveniences due to the improper parking of their truck. They further escalated the situation by raising their voices, making threats, and subsequently mocking the affected party trying to navigate around their vehicle.In light of the company's name, 'Be Happy', it is disheartening to witness such a display of discourtesy from its representatives. Contrary to the company's ethos, these individuals appeared to derive satisfaction from being unkind, displaying poor manners, and adopting an overall disagreeable demeanor.

Very responsive workers and they show you what issues you’re having to ensure your getting the work done that you need. I had an overload of grass clippings and spring cleaning trash that I needed to get hauled off and dumped, Jacob with Be Happy was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly and hauled my trash for a great price. Im 58, retired Airforce. In my honest opinion, Do NOT have them do work for you. Had them do my front and back yard but it took them 3 weeks to do it. First time they did the wrong yard. Nobody returned my calls. The management is terrible. Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. They underpay their workers as well from what I hear from one of the employees. Apart from that, the lawn maintainance supervisor was yelling, cussing, and belittleing his own workers in front of my house with my kids outside.. I asked the man his name and he said it was Trake or Dreke? But unsurprisingly he was neither friendly or reasonable. I was taken back by the unprofessionalism and embarressing behavior displayed by this companys Lawn service crew. "Be Happy" Except for the workers and the customers apparently.

I scheduled with them at 1 pm, there’s nobody showing up. I scheduled with them for another time, supposedly someone will be there and gave me a quote, but no show up again. I saw all the good reviews that’s why I want to give it a try, but twice there’s no one showing up. Anyone else had same experience? Anyways, won’t call again.
