I can't do .5 stars. Horrible service. I have been waiting on a shipment that is in Anchorage now, for 16 days. 16 Days of nothing! It is being delivered to a company in Anchorage. It's a freaking server for a company! Dell is going to have a fit when they get the details.The cargo is 4.1 miles from final destination, and I wait!

Apparently they are unable to answer a phone... Or Update their Hours... Or Leave a Message stating they will not be open... So their customers who live 2hours away don't waste their time/Gas Driving into Anchorage, For Nothing...

*Update*I still have not received my shipment, this is one or the worst experiences with a company I’ve dealt with. I’ve asked to speak to someone I can file a complaint with and no one calls back. I asked for compensation for taking so long and I get blown off saying they will move it to “priority”. So far moving it to priority just seems to further delay me from picking my order. The company definitely caters to their commercial customers, small customers beware of subpar service.Do NOT use this shipping company. Was told shipment was ready for pickup and drove from Palmer to Anchorage only to be told the shipment is still on the trailer and to come back the next day to pick it up. Currently sitting in the parking lot writing this review. They have had my package for 8 days now sitting in Anchorage. At this point it feels like a robbery and there is nothing I can do about it except write a measly bad review.

Wish I knew about their MyConnect service long ago, take advantage of "free shipping" (not for Alaska) and have Carlile bring up pretty much any "can't ship to Alaska" items for a fair price. Service was tracked and constantly updated. Looking forward to my next shipment, maybe a quality battery backup without a 500% markup.

Total incompetence, was told an item was supposed to be at destination the next day, so when I called the next day it was still sitting in the departure terminal and had not been sent, so I asked for a discount since it would be late, so all they could come up with is a measly 15% discount, and when it got here (because we could not be told price exactly and it would be COD) it was still higher than what I was quoted at for an item under 50lbs, if I would have known it was going to be such a problem to get my item on time I would have airfreighted it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Considering they're the only ones to ship ammo between the L48 and Alaska, they provide an essential service. You can also use their "MyConnect" to get products from companies who won't ship to Alaska.

Driver cut me off my dog hit the windshield. Confronted the driver he was extremely argumentative! Unprofessional unsafe and aggressive he has the potential to kill somebody with actions like that. Brief description of the driver he was about 5’2 bald with transition glasses.
