Never again. Took advantage of my wife and left a mess. I was on the road and a skylight started leaking so we called Tyler out. He told me over the phone that it would 350. I'm a truck driver so I have to get the price over the phone. Then when he was leaving he charged my wife 475. She doesn't know any better so she wrote a check. He dumped all the snow off onto our deck and it started coming into our porch. Just left it that way. It's over 6 ft tall and who knows how much weight. Horrible le service.

Excellent job steaming ice damns off our roof in many places the winter of 2023. We had them return to install heat tape for prevention of future ice damns.

We had a massive ice dam following a blizzard and then a warm day. With weather leaking in to our kitchen, the Ice Solutions guys added us to their schedule that day, showed up when they said and did a fantastic job. They pushed a ton of snow and melted a massive amount of ice. They were professional and thorough, and came close to meeting the estimate! Thank you!!

These guys were amazing! Efficient, professional, thorough and pleasant to deal with. They removed all the ice on my roof, which instantly stopped my leakage. They were very careful with my shingles, gutters, siding and the garden area below. They provided a clear estimate of costs up front, and came back to me with any changes as they were happening. They even cleaned my gutters, which were the source of the problem to begin with. Their service matched, and even exceeded, my expectation! I am planning on having these guys come regularly throughout every winter season, and hope they will help me with gutter work through the warm months as well. Called Tuesday morning he said he would come out Tuesday night or Wednesday morning to give quote to my dad. He called Wednesday and said he would be there Thursday morning. No call or did he show up at all. They have water coming in there house and I called him Thursday at4:30 he said he got busy and would be out Friday I told him again there is water running in the house 5:30 he called my dad and said he could be out at 8:30 at night not a good way to run a business never call this company if you need something done.
