After the past experience I’ve had with 3 other contractors, MKD's Property Solutions was a breath of fresh air. I have worked with MKD's Property Solutions on a large project for a year now, and I can say it feels great to have this crew in the pocket.I really needed someone to actually work with me on a project and not just view me as a job. The owner worked with me and helped me weave through the problems that come with a large project. The team was incredibly flexible and adept at solving unexpected problems.I intend to keep working with his crew and will use his team for future projects.

Full disclosure I’ve been a licensed Realtor for 20 years in AK having worked with numerous companies and individuals during my career. MKD’s IS hands down THE BEST company I’ve EVER had the pleasure to work with on any real estate project in Alaska!! Mister James was at our home within 48 hours. Other companies/contractors I called didn’t have the time for us. Mister James walked through our home reviewing each project. I was given a realistic timeline and we scheduled work to begin two days later. The office manager let me know when the contractor was on his way. He was on time, very respectful of our home, took great care of the our surroundings while on the project and communicated as the job progressed. Honestly it was the best home improvement experience I’ve ever had. For myself or for any of my clients. We highly recommended MKD’s for all of your home solutions. We couldn’t be happier!!! Terrible communication, employees deserve to be treated better. Owner of this establishment does not care, nor take the time to properly make sure his employees get paid what they are owed and worked hard to earn. Many weeks with no checks, just a apology that it wouldn’t happen again. Would not recommend working for or hiring for any work.
