They lie to their workers, when layoffs are coming up they tell their employees to stick around and if they and help take everything apart and clean it they'll be assigned to a new rig and not be laid off.I watched countless Drillers be offered a position promotion from North Dakota Drilling companies and turn them down because Nabors said they wouldnt lay them off, two weeks later, they lay off everyone anyways, the company is very dishonest and would rather hurt families before taking responsibility and being honest.
